There are a lot of gems here. I saw a guy buy a $400 coffee maker for $11 on a Monday.

Side note; Be careful of what you buy. Some things are repackaged in plastic bags and are absolutely no good. I purchased a Tupperware set and after opening once I reached home I noticed you could visibly see it was used. The pieces were melted by the microwave and had old oil stains in them. I was aware these are returned items.. but I was not aware that these things weren’t checked for quality before they are sold to us consumers + there are no refund nor returns.

Overall it’s a great store and experience if you stay away from items that may be too personal.

Bought 3 products. Out of that one was really used and Had a pungent smell when I opened it. It’s a hit or a miss, at least they could check what they are selling. Everyone knows the concept of Liquidation stores but giving acceptable products is the least we could accept.

Sometimes you have to be lucky to find something good. Its also really unorganized at the bin section and you have to really dig thru the piles to find stuff. Definitely not for everyone but if you have time, patience and like to find cheap stuff you will like it here.

Nice place,but I was shocked to see people pushing each other around the opening time. This is not right. We are in CANADA, and we should behave in a civilized manner.

The owner is a nice guy, and the staff as well. However, I wish I could open the boxes by myself with a key or something as me waiting for a staff member to open the box for me, takes some of my time to find other nice items to buy. This results in me spending less money.

This place offers overstock and liquidation type of products. Mostly returned or items which might not sell or move fast in regular stores.

How it works:
Saturday, a new bin of stuff comes in and gets emptied into their table "bin". Since it's a new round, whatever you find, they'll charge you $20
Whatever is left on the next day gets sold off for less. Sunday is $15. Monday $11. Tuesday $8. Wednesday $6. Thursday $3. Friday $1.5

So if there's something still left that suits you, I'm sure you can find a deal.
But the place is a mess. If only people didn't scavenge and rip things apart.

STORE RULES & POLICY
-Children under the age of 15 must always be with an adult.
-Items sold asis.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL, No RETURNS or EXCHANGES.
-all customers are required to use the Blue lkea bag.
-AlI purchasing decisions should be made at the Bin not at the cashier area
-No Backpack or Large Purses Permitted.
-Do not ask other customers to hurry or move from a BIN you are looking to DIG.
-Do not open boxes or packages on your own, please ask staff member for assistance at testing station.

Actually I was expecting more. I didn’t like the ambience and the items available. They were not in good condition and the price was mostly higher than what you can buy from other stores. All the items were offered as is. No testing. No return. I won't go there again and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Неплохая распродажа с ежедневным снижением цены. Старт распродажи каждую субботу в 10:00. Но даже в пятницу перед открытием стояла очередь в 50 человек. Интересно. ))

First time hunting for goodies at liquidation centers and made a day out of it both at Top Binz and another. It's an experience by itself and the reason I went!

Top Binz is located in a plaza. This place I believe is relatively new and their rates and restock days are customer friendly. The vicinity inside isn't very big (maybe 3-4 rows) but no harm taking a visit or checking it out.

Quick tips: 1) Always wear disposable gloves as it can get pretty dirty. 2) Make sure you wear light and don't bring big purses (for the ladies) as they are not allowed. 3) Take your time, there's no rush against yourself or others.
