My favourite place to shop for an event. I have never left this store empty handed. The clothing is beautiful and I agree with another commenter that said to keep an open mind. The staff are so helpful and kind. I’m so appreciative of them for all their help over the years! You guys are the best

I came here looking for a grade 8 grad dress and, no, it's not a great spot for that, but I was impressed by their quality, and the bright attractive store layout. The fashions here are for women who want to look vivacious and stylish any day.

I came in and purchased an outfit, pants and a top to go along with it. The pants needed to be altered, they shortly contacted me after and informed me that the pants were damaged in the alteration, so they offered me a refund for the pants. As I bought the top to go along with the pants I wanted to return the top as well. But they wouldn't offer me a refund for the top because the tag was removed, I never wore it once and had a receipt with me as well. Although it was frustrating that they wouldn't let me return the top, it wasn't that, that upset me. The owner came out and was incredibly rude, she talked down to me and was trying to create a power dynamic. I used to shop here all the time in the past, but now I will never go back. Very poor customer service as an owner.

Bought a beautiful expensive dress here. Seamstress butchered my dress because she was rushing while I waited... She had it 2 weeks and waited til I got there to do alterations (which I paid for). Had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. Can't do anything about the length.. She made the back shorter than the front. Also only took in one side of the top and the side she took in was all puckered. So disappointed. Drove 2 hrs to get there to buy and another 2 hrs back to pick up my altered dress. Spoke with owner... She wanted me to drive back so they could fix it. That's another 8 hrs driving.... to have an incompetent seamstress fix my dress.... Don't think so 😡 😡. If you must shop there, take elsewhere to get alterations done!! Not willing to compensate me for the mess up. Horrible experience. It's too bad because they have beautiful clothing.

Thanks to the wonderful ladies at Baldani this morning, I have an outfit I would not have chosen alone for an upcoming wedding in 10 days. I highly recommend this shop, the selection, and the advise I received. Go in with an open mind, all three ladies are experienced, kind and helpful.
