I've been to this store twice. Both times, I felt really disappointed with the service provided. There was no greeting at all and when browsing, they stood around, spoke in groups and stared the entire time.
My boyfriend and I felt extremely uncomfortable and upset that we were made to feel like we were doing something wrong. I was literally going to ask for a size in the Tasman's but chose not to due to the fact that the customer service was extremely poor.

I stated that I was having a problem with my shoes. And before the 15 days were up, I went to them with my receipt. I asked them for help. The woman who said she was their manager was not helpful. So I left them my $214 shoes with the receipt. Let them use it themselves. It's not right what they're doing. Definitely do not shop here.

What a horrible and horrendous customer service I experienced ! I never seen this in my life before ! I went into the store on Jan 11th 2025 between 4:30-5pm the store was pretty full . I needed help and some advice on a pair of boots . I look over desperately for help and I see 3 sales reps (3 girls and a guy ) standing together talking away . Then I asked another girl for help and she said she’s busy with a customer so I waited . When she was done I said now that you’re done can u plz help me and get me a shoehorn so I can slip my foot in easier? she gives it to me and walks away. so now I just started helping myself, bending down with a bad back looking for a different sizes, pulling out boxes sweating struggling , and I’m sure these rude ignorant kids seeing this with not a care in the world continued taking to each other How sad and disgusting for such a known popular store like Uggs at such a busy time with such terrible inexperienced customer service !!! I was stressed out and shocked how these ppl just stood there calmly talking away and watching me struggle without asking to help, sickening !!! .. I will never ever go back ! Customer service must do something about proper training before hiring and putting these useless people on the floor !!!

We want in the 27th and unfortunately we could find any of the size that we need but they did post at the entrance informing customers before entering the store. They did have a small line. The staffs are friendly even though they are packed with customers.

very very bad experience. i went back to return a pair of uggs that i got for my dad which didnt fit him and wanted to get one size bigger. i went to return the shoes within 2 days they were bought. there was an asian employee who was so rude, and did not care. he didn’t let us return them and didn’t even listen to what we had to say. never buying anything from here again and i left to return the shoes at a different uggs which they happily returned😂 if i could this location a 0 star i would.

I bought shoes for my daughter and unfortunately after a week the top part came off. We were surprised. Such a big name. Unfortunately I had to travel. Came back after a month. The store manager was great helped. They gave a bit of a hassle but he pulled through and we managed to exchange to another pair. Thank you!

Walked into the stores. 4 staff were chit chatting. No one wanted to help. I found my size, tried and bought.
When I came back 10 min later to buy another pair for my friend. The staff didn't want to give another bag. LOL. What kind of service is that?

Very bad experience all staff is good but the girl she look like indian and she wear specs her behaviour was so bad cause of her i didnt buy anything.her customer service is too bad
