I had a fantastic experience at the Arc’teryx store at Vaughan Mills! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and well-organized. But the real highlight of my visit was Xavier (“X”). This guy knows his stuff!

Xavier was super helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made great recommendations without being pushy. His passion for the brand really showed, and it made the whole shopping experience enjoyable.

If you’re heading to Arc’teryx at Vaughan Mills, definitely look for Xavier. You won’t be disappointed!

If you are reading this review you've probably already done your research and know how good this brand is. What makes this store special is their staff and their service. Abhi took his time to answer all our questions and showed me the value of this jacket. At first I found the price hard to swallow but after learning about the jacket I find it to be a great buy. They stand behind their product and you can tell that Abhi is passionate about their brand.

Very helpful and personable staff. I called ahead of time to check their stock and they were very responsive and nice. Thank you, Joanne, for the excellent services. I was looking for warm winter jackets for my family, not knowing which one is the best to pick as many models are available. Joanne was very sincere in explaining every little detail, she is friendly and very knowledgeable. The right size was not available in the store so she helped me to order 4 jackets online. She spent a good amount of time helping me, thank you for your patience. All questions were answered, and an excellent service I walked out of the store with satisfaction and a happy face.
