I bought a pair of boots last week. I wore them only for a day. One of them was tight and started hurting my foot. I decided to return them and went to store twice! I was a member and I had an electronic receipt in my email. They said the item is not resalable because you wore it!! How is it possible not to be able to return an item after wearing it once? It’s their problem and the customer should be able to return the product. The girl ‘Angeline’ was so impolite & not helpful. She told me I have to call the customer service to be able to return them and they may or may not accept it! She knew it was the weekend and the customer service was closed! I’ve never had such a terrible experience!!

The current manager of this store named Almon is unfortunately super disrespectful & is unable to treat customers in a kind manner. It almost felt as though he was discriminatory towards us. I greeted him & asked how he was but he did not give any response whatsoever & I was there to return an item that was given to us horrible condition & an associate working there told us that as long as we had pictures of the shoe in the store it would be fine for us to return (as we got it in that condition). Almon did not want to listen to our situation nor was willing to look at the photos. Towards the end, we asked for his name so we can send a complain & he said to us “you don’t need to know my name” as if he knew he was in the wrong. I’ve never felt this way at Call it Spring, I used to feel welcomed here but, 100% my friends, family & I will not be shopping here anymore. We do not tolerate this type of discrimination or disrespect from someone who was given the title of a “manager” which I’m not sure who hired him with the very poor communication/problem solving skills that he has… & not sure who hired this individual who lacks basic respect for his customers. There was no option for zero stars so had to put the 1 star (maybe google reviews can work on that)!

I recently purchased a pair of boots that ended up being very uncomfortable and hurt my feet. When I reached out to return them, I was informed that they couldn’t be returned because they were considered ‘worn.’ The customer service was disappointing, and the management was rude. I’m very dissatisfied with my experience and won’t be purchasing from them again.

My friend and I came in a few weeks ago to try on a few pairs of shoes. The girls working there are nice and helpful, however there is a man which I assume is either the store manager or the owner not sure, he has a horrible attitude. Everytime he is asked to grab a size or do something for one of his co workers, he huffs and puffs. I’ve dealt with him a few times and he is not nice, my friends have had the same experience on separate occasions. 2 stars for the girls who work there who genuinely want to be there.

I love love call it springs as it is vegan. I don't find my size in store, I like to try and then buy. Store is usually busy, staff are running around to attend customers. I hardly get any support from the staff but I still manage to buy from call it springs as loyal customer.

I spent half a day looking for a few pairs of shoes for our office attire. After a few failed expensive shops around Vaughan mills. Stopping by here reminded me of that classic muppets Christmas classic by Michael Cain. They have the most beautiful suede shoes in town. Priced well, and stylish. Actually the nicest compared to other expensive brands. Thanks everyone at Call it spring. Good shoes f

8:49 pm Feb 13 - Two employees. Bad customer service. Can’t crack a smile. Acted like they were doing us a favor and looked extremely annoyed when we asked for shoe sizing. Shouldn’t be working in a mall setting.
