The pharmacists here take their time and are always friendly.
Their excellent customer service is why I will continue coming back. I have an array of pills and they make it feel less complicated, which I appreciate.
Don't let the negative reviews deter you, as those aren't regulars and just shoppers who get offended too easily.
They do have a very cute gift selection area tucked away in the corner that I take a look at whenever I have a pick up.

Hey I just saw the review like the 2nd below about an Asian pharmacist, it's so not fair for her!! I don't say this because I'm Asian too, I don't personally know her at all! But one time my doctor prescribed my child an antiviral medication, she called me to confirm and she confirmed with me again in person, after hearing the description of symptoms she suggested it might be canker sores which is so different with cold sores that my doctor decided... And she was right it was canker sores, it saved my child from taking a strong and unnecessary medication. I'm so impressed for her, she is definitely most responsible and acknowledged pharmacist. She was so gentle too. Smile? no. she didn't smile and it's totally sick to criticize a professional for forgetting that fake smile while they focus on their job.

Dima is one of the most dedicated and caring pharmacist I have ever met. She is simply outstanding. It is reassuring that she is there to advise and go the extra mile for customers. I've been going to that Guardian for decades and while there have been the odd shortages of some medicine, the issues were resolved efficiently and expeditiously. I am quite satisfied with this pharmacy.

I was shopping there yesterday August 13, 2024, and was insulted by the cashier. She told me that if "I came back tomorrow, it's Senior's Day and I could get a 20% discount on Diapers! " I was shocked and told her I do not need Diapers. I was just paying for a few small items.

This is so rude and disrespectful.

Excellent service and the pharmacist and the staff are excellent. I've a complicated mix of meds I take and the pharmacy is very diligent at making sure all my meds are in order.

My only complaint besides parking is I learned recently that they can give you a partial prescription at their whim and charge you an extra $12 processing fee each time you need to pick up your order. I'm assuming this is to ensure stock for other clients, however it's annoying (multiple trips) and can be costly. I don't think I've experienced that elsewhere but maybe times are changing.
