Dr Chahal rushed me through the entire process not allowing me enough time to decide what was clearest to my eyes. I was told that something was going on behind my eyes with the veins and said that should I “go blind, go immediately to emergency “. Then I was rushed out. Being very concerned and not having had things explained to me, I called her five times and left worried messages and she failed to respond at all. The owner of the glasses store said Dr. Chahal would leave me a report. She did not. Further inquiring i was told she would send a report to my doctor. She did not. Upon further inquiry I learned there wasn’t any way I could access the report because she took it with her on maternity leave. I was thoroughly disgusted.

I was not happy with my experience. I was told my vision was 20/20 but I still needed glasses to "crisp up " my vision.... But I have perfect 20/20 vision, and their explanation wasn't clear at all. As soon as I walked out of the room they made the assumption that I would be buying glasses, I had to tell them no a number of times. Then it switched to me needing sunglasses from them and them alone. It just felt like more of a money grab than actually caring about vision.

Great service! The doctor is a very thorough and knowledgeable professional. Would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for an experienced and caring optometrist! I came in to see Dr. Amarjot a couple times over the past year when I was experiencing some concerns with my eyes. Appointments were easy to book and overall the experience was very informative and comforting to someone who has not had much experience with an Optometrist. The consultations felt very personable and my eyes have benefited from the therapy I practice each day! only regret was not taking better care of my eyes sooner. 5++ stars!

Amazing experience every time! The staff is always so welcoming and Dr Chahal is fantastic. She’s helped the whole family with a variety of eye issues and the results have been amazing.

I suffer from blepharitis (google at your own risk!) and have for many years. Dr Chahal was the first to help me with outstanding care and treatment that has made a world of difference.

Great office as well - very bright, open and amazing selection of frames!

Dr. Chahal is amazing. She takes her time to explain everything in detail and asks if you fully understand as my last appointment was a lot of information. Nancy is very good, takes her time with measurements and is extremely patient. I would recommend this location!

Unfortunately, direct billing did not function as expected following my eye examination. Despite investing an hour and a fee of $150, I was advised to manage the billing process independently. Prior to my appointment, I had confirmed their acceptance of my vision insurance. Regrettably, I cannot recommend their services as their attention appeared diverted, particularly upon mentioning my intention to procure glasses online. Furthermore, although a color test was administered, there was no subsequent follow-up. In summary, the experience fell short of expectations and did not justify the investment.
