This place is a gem in tottenham. The adult classes are big enough that you get to train with a variety of people, but small enough to get individual attention when needed. All the teachers are extremely skilled and patient and encouraging. They create a welcoming environment while also pushing you to reach deep and keep improving.

We are very happy with CBBA. Our kids are taught by Mr Devin who brings excellent, age appropriate energy (ages 4-16!) and who continues to train in martial arts himself. We appreciate he has never had competition (ie boys vs girls) and insists on individual self-improvement, doing your best and striving to be being better than you were yesterday. Ms Alyssa and Ms Caitlyn provide incredibly kind, strong role models for my two daughters. Mr Jason has been supportive in the girls expanding into jiu Jitsu, ensuring it is safe and allowing them to try it for a couple of classes before committing, as well as staying late to practice techniques.

We strongly appreciate the attitude "do not engage, unless it is in self-defense; if it comes to blows, protect yourself only"

We have utmost respect for the instructors and the program.

As an adult in the jiu-jitsu program, strong accolades to Coach Luigi, Coach Pat and Mr Jonah for their inclusive, kind attitude of fairness, respect, and for being so welcoming
