Went in to rent a U-Haul truck and there was only one kid in the place. I asked him and he just ignored me and continued unboxing stuff. 5 minutes later he felt like helping me. He asked if I had a truck reserved and I told him no. He actually rolled his eyes at me, I guess it was inconvenient for him. Very patronizing. I left, I didn't bother renting it. This place is a joke, don't waste your time

I absolutely love this place!! There car wash rocks..gas prices always super low at night...wide variety of stuff inside the store...and the staff are always helpful and friendly🥰

Scammers alert! Dirty dealers! I clearly brought U-Haul truck back full. Haha on you hasty market, pics include refund receipt! They said I didn’t, had their traffic support charge me for gas , Lucy from their traffic support was too lazy to even verify that it was full. Fraudulent gas charge Lucy shame on you!. Pictures added for proof but staff wouldn’t even look at it, said wasn’t full. The staff member pushed the key to me and so go put gas in it. Because well, they are also a gas station. Nice try at getting me to spend money on gas at your store. I won a refund back anyways because when I sent picture proof of it being full to U-Haul customer support, 100% agreed . Full is full. I did my part as agreed, but this location is full of scammers

Couldn't get the vehicle I wanted so went with the next size up, cargo van. Set up my reservation online for a specific time frame. Uhaul changed my reservation to a 24/7 truck share with contact less pickup automatically. I get to the location to start the online pick up and it tells me there is no equipment assigned to me and to call a number. I call it, she tells me the location does not do 24/7 truck share even though the website changed my reservation to that. She informs me that they do not have the equipment and I'll have to go somewhere else. I told her this wasn't my mistake and that they could find me a replacement. While I'm in the middle of talking, she transfers me to another department without asking or telling me. I'm just cut off with on hold music. This man tells me that this location does do 24/7 truck share and he doesn't know why their customer service told me I couldn't. He said they just don't do contactless (what I signed up for with my reservation with this location) and I would have to go inside. I go inside and have to wait forever in line as they had 2 cashiers but only one taking customers? They inform me that for the cargo van I need a major credit card as it's leased. The email told me a major debit OR credit was needed. Not only a credit card. I didn't have one (I had signed up to pay for it all online with my debit card) so I had to take an even larger vehicle because that would could be taken with a debit card. Not only could I not get what I wanted or signed up for, I had to give all the info I had already given online to the cashier. So terrible customer service but it gets worse. The emails and Uhaul website tell you at pickup, what amount is due. Mine told me $41 approx. I get there and they made you pay $100 upfront as a deposit. Which if you want to take that much up front as a deposit then you need to be informing people on the website and paperwork and not surprising them when they show up. It took me an hour after I got there to get my vehicle and no one seemed to know what they were doing or what was going on. Then he tells me I can't park my car at their location as they need it for customers and the gas truck so I would have to move my car to another parking lot. Will never go back to this location and will seriously consider another company than Uhaul.

The amount of stuff in here is insane. Usually Hasty Market is trash but this location is nice and new. There’s a lot of unique features like an ICEE machine (not just a normal slushie but an American carbonated version of it), a Bitcoin ATM, a massive selection of items, a DRIVE-THRU you can buy snacks and drinks from, and a coin op car wash with some really unique features: a carpet shampooer, a fragrance machine and most interestingly a tire shine machine!

Went to this place today for gas and filters, looking for a specific cone filter. There was no one else in the store, but the cashier seemed bothered that he had to walk the 2 1/2 feet from the counter to the the shelf more than once.

Then says to me " Bro are you going to actually buy or what? Nobody takes this long." So I said F#$! it, if I'm bothering you I'll take my business elsewhere."

Got gas from the Petro up the street (which was cheaper), and cone filters from Smokers Paradise (thanks to the young lady working there) in the plaza next door.

Rented uhaul Jan 14 had to clean it off frozen and no.washer fluid . When l returned it seemed counter.person didn't care l had to get washer my self this is a concern . Should at least give Me credit

Rented a uhaul last winter and my friend and myself had to shovel it out. Then when I take it back he tries to over charge me. One time I went to get pick up a package and he wouldn't even look for it. I call the company who sent it and they said it was there. I go back and my package was sitting right there. Beyond horrible customer service.
