I agree with others. Staff is rude and speaks to and about customers very rudely. I’ve experienced this every time I’ve shopped at this location. Also heard them speak very unkindly to disabled staff member on several occasions. Then they make her follow customers around, as they assume you’re stealing because of the clothes you’re wearing. I see many male employees who could act as security so I’m not sure why you make her do it.

Prices are absolutely amazing, thought. If you can dress up nice enough then your experience will probably be wonderful.

Terrible attitude with the staff and have the electronics don't work and they over charge for items it goes buy the person who is buying the items. They talk down to customers and staff when back turned. I was even told that the lady in charge told my wife she was a nugget that's unacceptable when you work for a church organization and they talurate hate crimes against my black wife they all should be replaced and get fresh staff

Very rude staff! Gossiping about less fortunate patrons right out at the cash for the whole store to hear. Today a poor lady was in there crying in the change room due to the ignorance of the workers talking about her in ear shot. I thought a place like that was there to help people and be kind and compassionate. Not blatantly rude and excluding! Shameful!

Funny how when someone posts a bad review it's never anything they will take responsibility for, it's always a misunderstanding or an over-exaggeration of the reviewer. The manager Pat Garant is abusive, accuses everyone of stealing to distract from the fact that she keeps high value items for herself. She called me the "n" word, has a habit of verbally abusive to the physically disabled volunteers. She gossips about almost every patron that goes there. She is rude and uses everyone in her path. She claimed that I stole when I told a patron about her racial hate crime calling me the "n" word! The reply to this review is a blatant lie!

Great prices and very good used stuff. I wish for the hours to be longer, I would love to go there but by the time I do everything I need to do then they’re closed. Bought roller skates here before and there amazing. Staff is kind but I wish for the hours to be longer.

I was in the shop yesterday when a couple came in who looked pretty cold and didn’t have much on them to keep warm outside. I could tell by the ladies face, she had no clue how she was going to go about getting some warm clothes. I was going to approach the volunteer and tell them to each get a warm coat and scarf and mitts and a hat and I would pay. Before I had a chance to approach her, she was already speaking to the couple. She advised them to grab whatever they needed and just to ensure that they done to counter so she could remove tags and account for merchandise. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY DONATIONS TO ANY OTHER PLACE AFTER WITNESSING THIS!!! I have noticed at other thrift stores in the area, they are setting up sections for name brand donations and are pricing them extremely high. There is no way anybody on a low income could begin to afford these donations. Personally when I donate, I’m looking to help someone who really needs it. Not to make a large company profit. Yesterday really opened my eyes to a little store w a big heart who is in it for the ppl not the money!
