I bought this toaster from k&k. I tried it. It turned on. I had no food to try when I took it home. None of the options worked. It only turned on k&k. Return policy is once it leaves the store, it's yours. So be careful not to buy electronics that you cannot test every feature in the store. All they care about is if the item turns on. Most of their items are returns from other stores. So what do you expect people returned it for? Also bought some smart lights 2 out of four were able to connect, was it a good price, not for two

I purchased from them today and was over charged. I had 26 items total and was charged for 29 items. Their system is soo complicated and they are in such a rush that they don't count the items properly. Their receipt doesn't have item total on them either and are overly complicated. We tried multiple times to make sense of the reciept with no luck.

KEEP TRACK OF NUMBER AND PRICING YOURSELF BEFORE CHECKING OUT. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE! ESPECIALLY IF YOUR BUYING LARGE QUANTY OF ITEMS.

They never pick up the phone when you try to contact them. It goes straight to voicemail.

Really disappointed. They either need to update their system (as there is no display to keep track of your items) or train their staff better or just slow down!

I had a fantastic experience at K&K Liquidation! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, even though they were clearly super busy. I really appreciated their setup where you can test the devices on their table before purchasing, such a great touch! While I understand they don’t offer returns, being able to test items beforehand gives me confidence in what I’m buying. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Some items are worth buying from here, but most items are 10-20% discounted from regular price at Costco, which comes out higher than on-sale price for the same item at Costco with the warranty.

Unless you are lucky to find a sealed new item for cheap here, this store doesnt serve much purpose. Its a fool’s errand to be hunting for treasure in the pile of usual trash here.

Buyer beware.. purchased an air fryer. Noticed that the door was cracked. It was hard to notice in store after inspection due its location. Called store less than 24hrs looking for an exchange. They will not exchange!

If you’re from KW visit Nick’s liquidation (Waterloo) and/or TK homes (Cambridge). They are willing to take accountability for products and have better testing & quality checks prior to reselling in my opinion.

Lost customer… Management doesn’t seem like they care.

It's a pretty decent place and has some great deals, but most of the stuff that is worth buying is not discounted as much as I think it should be. I did find a pretty nice office chair here though.

Found some goodies plus noticed the Muskoka chairs outside for a decent price. Definitely will be back to explore some more unique finds

I have a bad response to this store. They only sell damaged ones. If anything is purchased by mistake, even 5 minutes after leaving the store, it cannot be returned. It is sold at a high price. Another experience: I purchased a floor sweeper for $25. After arriving home, I discovered that it was broken and did not work. It was thrown into the garbage. I do not know how they are not held accountable by the competent authorities. I do not recommend wasting money there.
