Good place to do daily groceries. One place for all items from groceries to pharmacy, dress camping, toys . U think of an item and u get it.
Best about them - they do price match.
U get good product at best deal.

1. Expired product. If I am not wrong this expired in Jan or June this year.
2. Not sure if the R&R of the staff who is at the self checkout should greet and help the customers. My experience other time here and many other bog box stores has been different. Today at 6.45pm on 13 Dec was pretty bad. She did not bother to look or greet me/customers and as my purchase was eligible for a stamp, she placed the stamp on the kiosk quiet and went back. I saw her chatting with her colleague with no issues with a smiling face. I have never met her in my life to show me a face like this. People with 0 customer experience shouldn't be put as a face of the store.

We were BLESSED today at this establishment. today is costumer appreciation day and a group of amazing employees payed for our grocerys and let us pick out some Easter treats. and to be completely honest if couldn't have come at a better time, since we are now homeless and living with put grandparent because we left a toxic relationship that we were in for 8 years, we NEEDED this and we are VERY thankful and we WILL be coming here again! THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️!

This was once a good store, but the quality of their staff has declined.

1. On October 4th at 10:20 pm workers were putting out skids of food, blocking the aisles and making it very unsafe and hard to reach the shelves. The guy putting the skids out in the picture kept dropping them on the floor, which was extremely loud and could be heard throughout the store. When a co-worker of his said it was too loud he shruggled and said I don't give a (beep).

2. Over in the chip aisle, a female worker was dropping cases of chips and crackers from a height onto the floor and kicking them across the floor. One case of rice crackers ruptured, and when she saw that I noticed she just laughed. Clearly this can't be good for the items in the cases. Sadly at one point two separate supervisors came by and seemed to be more interested in being her buddy and not correcting how she was handling the merchandise.

Better supervision and training of staff is really needed here!

I just saw a dog on a leash in the store tonight. I informed the staff and they seemed to be more interested in what their cell phone had instead. I know it's a grocery store, but that is great news, I'm bringing in my Great Dane the next time. Oh, and no worries, they have shovels that can be put to the test. Cannot wait for my next shopping experience !!!

I have shopped at this store for the past 20 years off and on. About 6 months ago I have moved to Westmount and Queen area so now this store was going to be my go to place. I like organic and natural foods. The digestive enzymes and probiotics on the shelf were outdated. I went to find someone and after 15 min finally a young man came with me saw the products and said that they should’ve been in the shelf , mumbled something that they r understaffed, I think… said sorry about that and walked away leaving the outdated products on the shelf!!
Didn’t offer any advice or help. Brutal
