There was a recall on my 1025R tractor, something to do with the braking pedal. Instead of me having to take the tractor to Winchester, a service rep dropped by my residence. Mac the service technician was polite, efficient and friendly....Kudos to him for a job well done! Also Stacey in Service Department has always been friendly, professional and efficient in addressing my service needs, for this recall and other times I have needed service. As well the Parts Department staff are always helpful and efficient in getting the parts and supplies I need. Lastly Ian in sales provided excellent service during a recent purchase. Hats off to all of you and the owners!!!

I have to give a shout out to this John Deere dealership and service department in Winchester. I’ve dealt with them a few times for parts and maintenance kits for my lawn tractors and they’ve always been great to deal with. Their prices are also some of the best I’ve found. Glad I found them

What really nice people and service is top notch. We drove a long way to this dealership rather than go to the one closest to us. Jeff and the other lady on Saturday ( sorry forgot your name) greeted us with a lovely smile and warm welcome. We had a lovely chat and picked up our parts & went on our way. They helped us load up the car too !! Will be going to them in the future. It was worth the drive.

Can’t say enough about this dealer and the team at the parts desk. Finding parts for an old 160 lawn tractor was a breeze! It’s now back where it belongs, on the lawn!

A great shout out to Green Tech. I went to all the tractor Dealers in Winchester to get 1/64 scale tractors for my son's upcoming 5th Birthday for his Cake. A kind Gentleman approached me to ask if I needed help, I told the man what I was doing and he showed me where to find the toy tractors. Not only did the kind Gentleman then wish my son a happy birthday he then took the time to go get him a gift representing Green Tech John Deere. Out of all the Tractor Dealerships in Winchester that I was at, Green Tech was the only one to generously do such a sweet and kind gesture. This speaks volumes in my book and my son was soo thrilled. Thank you for making my son/ my family feel important and special. ❤️

Called on Fri. Was talking to Stacey in service about bringing my tractor in for hopefully a quick fix. I told her Mon and she said thats finetheres only 3 ahead of me and she said i would hear back in couple days. Called this morning. They mysteriaclly have about 30 ahwad of me. And she denies ever saying that! John Deere might have good products but Greentech Winchester has lost ALL their great customer service.
