I went to Benson auto in Winchester this morning to get trans hydraulic oil for my backhoe because I had to replace 2 hydraulic lines. When I walked in nobody was there, they were in the back. When they came upfront I asked the lady there if they had 20 litres of trans hydraulic oil. She told me they do not sell that there. That is odd considering my son in law had checked before going and they had 4 20 littes pails in stock. So I left there and went and buy it at their competition. After repairing my backhoe and doing the work at my daughters I called Benson in Winchester to ask them if they had 20 litres of trans hydraulic oil and the man that answered said yes we have 3 20 litres pails in stock. I am really disappointed with the service from this store. The lady did not even look it up on her computer when I went there. If this is the way they treat cash paying customers I will never go back there to purchase anything and will let all the people I know how they treat cash paying customers.

The woman at the counter was rude and unwilling to help. Took 3 separate trips to this store just to do a warranty exchange because she wouldn't communicate with the original bensons store we purchase the part from( we had to ask them to call her). She made no attempt whatsoever to be courteous and left the counter upon our arrival.. this is our 3rd incident at this store. Each time is the same, it's like they dont want customers in there at all. Will never be back.

I do like this store, I find the prices are better than Napa. BUT the doors are closed way too often, they weren't open to the public for like a month from lack of staff and the other day i drove there on my lunch and they were randomly closed. so highly recommend calling before making the drive.

I have been driving to the the city for years and drove past Benson's. I went in looking for a part my BMW that my regular supplier said I couldn't get but Benson's found it and had it the same day! Awesome service and prices!

Both their website and Google say they open at 7:30, but they do in fact open at 8:00. Mistakes happen, but they just don't care about updating it. They told me to go get a coffee. I wasted 45 mins to go there.
