Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Had booked a car over 2 weeks in advance, and even confirmed the booking the morning before only to get a text late the night before that due to overbooking my reservation wont be fulfilled. i called the customer support and found that the Kingston location has the same car i booked but that they needed 24 hours notice to do pick-up service and that my 2 weeks notice of booking wasnt good enough. Only to find out that the Kingston location owns the Napanee location so why the car didnt make it is beyond me. Now the day of they have refused to answer any phone calls of mine for over 2 hours

This location isn't actually staffed; you need to call them in Kingston and make arrangements. It can be very inconvenient if you're not aware, or if you miss your appointment. But my experience was amazing. They called ahead and confirmed the appointment and the representative, Zach, was extremely helpful and everything was fast and easy. I declined the insurance and got a crack in the windshield. While I had to pay for the repair (credit card insurance claim pending), the cost was extremely reasonable. Enterprise has a reputation for great customer service and negative reviews here aside, this location only reaffirms that reputation for me.

Started off by booking an apt to pick up the rental car, when we arrived the shop was closed and had to wait over an hour before someone showed up. They tried to tell us we were in the wrong place, when we confirm the morning of and the apt time. No vehicles were cleaned or ready to go, had to wait even longer. Drove home over 4 hrs and realized the breaks were failing. I was given a vehicle with failing breaks, we have called well over well over 4 other locations to have the vehicle exchanged and apparently the rental company has no vehicles, called customer service, and still three days after still nothing heard from them. One of the employees told us that we have insurance if we crash the vehicle, or if the breaks fail they will repair them. So glad my families safety is so important to this company that I can rely on insurance policy to prevent an accident or even death. Amazing isnt it. Called customer service again today and the rep was rude when we asked to speak to management and cut us off putting us on hold, finally got through to a manager. Will we have to drive this vehicle back well over 4 hours to get our car back where it broke down in this car with no breaks? I bet we will… I would not recommend this company to anyone, be careful what you get.

From the first time my husband called to confirm our booking he had horrible customer service. The managers name was Danielle and the sales rep David. David was more concerned about leaving then worrying about the customer service he should be providing to us. Not once was there an apology, until the end when David informed us a bad review affects his pay! The vehicle was the wrong size suv. The list goes on..

Made a booking they had no cars we drove from quite a ways away. They weren’t willing to help. We drove 40 minutes and all they basically juat told us they have no control of the bookings. I would not recommend this place. The lady behind the desk was rude and interrupted me twice. She explained there were two rentals to go out. One was likely mine but she was not giving me a car. I have rented cars literally hundreds of times and never had an experience like this. She didn’t even to try to see if it was me. I was hoping to rent the car for an extra week. Awful service.

The attendance from Matt at Napanee's office was perfect, attentive and professional. Our car was impeccable. But the best of everything came later. I didn't realize I'd missed all my documents, wallet and money inside the car that went to Kingston right away. On the next day Matt found me on the internet (my cellphone doesn't work in Canada) and then brought me everything where I was. I really appreciate everything and congratulate for his effort and service.

Oh my....I was given a Reservation # for Enterprise Napanee. After reading these reviews, I'll be going to the Kingston office. Wow

Reserved a car and told them I was waiting for a cab to pick up. They called back and told me they couldn't wait. Question if I reserved the car for overnight what difference would it make if I was waiting for a cab and the cab service was slow? They had my visa number and it was reserved to me?
