Séjour agréable au sein du Willowdale Hôtel de Toronto, le service et l'accueil étaient parfaits, l'emplacement convenait également mais je ne peux pas mettre un 5/5 pour la propreté en arrivant dans le mini salon j'ai remarqué des miettes de pain près de l'évier du coin cuisine.

My wife and I stayed at the Willowdale Hotel in Nov 2024 during our trip to Toronto to see Taylor Swift. I was originally a little bit skeptical because it’s a bit far from downtown, some of the photos looked a little bit sketchy, and it seemed too cheap to be good ($236 after tax for a king bed room).

We were surprisingly impressed! Room was clean (although a bit dated, and maybe needed a paint job) and spacious, and quite comfortable. There was a separate living/kitchenette area and bedroom. Free parking was also a major selling feature for us. There’s only about 10 spots, but we were the only single car parked at the hotel.

What mainly impressed me though, was the service! The front desk staff were super nice. They really went the extra mile - they gave us two TTC day passes for free to get to the concert, and in our hotel room they left us some chocolates, bottles of water, Gatorade, and granola bars, along with a note saying to enjoy the concert.

Even though the hotel is a ways from downtown, it was super easy to get there (only about a 15 minute walk from the subway’s line 1, which goes straight to union station).

I will definitely consider staying here again next time we’re visiting Toronto!

Stayed here for a week for work. I had no issues with the parking, although I could see if it was packed that it would fill up quick. Service was great, check in and out was easy. Hotel was very affordable, except for the days that Taylor was in town. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Room was spacious and wifi was fast. Room was nice and clean. Some refurbishing could be done but overall it was great and I would stay again.

Nice little hotel but not worth $300 a night, we got a suit for one night and it the bed was nice the room was clean. Good tv. However sleeping was very difficult because the walls are very thin and you can practically here what everyone else is doing round you. Not a place to rest with peace and quiet. The service was great tho.

OMG, stayed here January 2nd in Room 102..The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. The room which was like a small 1 bedroom apartment with a king bed was magnificent. The door separating the livingroom/kitchen and bedroom was great as i am an early riser and my fuance is not. There was a TV in the bedroom and livingroom/kitchen area which was a great bonus and reception with Roku was fantastic!!
The lady told us about a great Italian restaurant within walking distance (although it was cold out, late and my fiance has to walk with a cane so we drove to it, lol) and true to her word it was fantastic.
We had an appointment at Sunnybrook hospital in the morning and this hotel was the perfect distance from the hospital. Would definitely stay here again.

Would give this hotel a 10!!!

This place is a dump, not that clean bathroom is extremley dated got the SUITE and it was NOT A SUITE TINY ROOM NO AMMENITIES AND WAY OVERPRICED FOR WAHT IT IS

Nice little hotel, no amenities whatsoever. Price was high in that regard. We stayed in the two-bedroom suite. My name was on the reservation but booked by my friend who had not arrived yet and when I checked in, I felt like I was being treated as a possible criminal trying to take someone's reservation. The man at the reception purposely asked me if I was staying for a period of time that did not match what was booked, and when I corrected him, he said he knew that but was just making sure I was telling the truth. He also said he did not have my friends email or credit card information which we know was false since my friend received the booking confirmation email and I don't believe you can even book a room without a verified credit card. Overall, the rest of the staff was very nice, but I felt unwelcome upon check-in and will not stay there again.

My wife and I had a wedding to attend. Drove up from Maryland. The location was great, right outside a quiet neighborhood with parking right on the side. The room was OK. Like I said, we had a wedding, and there was only one mirror in the room. Also, I found a couple of noticeable nasty stains on the towels and bed sheets. But service was definitely A1. They were patient and welcoming.
