I had been eagerly anticipating trying their ‘Beryan’ for quite some time. This dish, renowned in Esfahan, is traditionally made with lamb meat and a delightful blend of spices such as saffron, cinnamon, mint, and more. However, what Ava Esfahan advertises as ‘Beryan’ is a far cry from the authentic experience.

The dish they served had an overwhelmingly unpleasant taste dominated by salt and turmeric. Instead of lamb, it was made with beef and had a terrible texture that was far from appetizing. Additionally, I tried their Koobideh, which was also disappointing and lacked the rich flavors one would expect from a quality Persian kebab.

Despite their impressive selection of Persian products and the exceptionally friendly and polite staff, I cannot recommend their food. The ‘Beryan’ in particular was a major letdown. If you’re seeking authentic Persian cuisine, especially ‘Beryan’, this is not the place to find it.

Rate them one star purely because of their horrible taste of their foods

بچه ها و مدیریت محترم رستوران آوای اصفهان، به خاطر غذای بی‌نظیر و خوشمزه‌ای که این بار هم تهیه کردید، واقعا سپاسگزاریم! بسته‌بندی هم مثل همیشه فوق‌العاده بود و تجربه‌ لذت‌بخش دیگری رو برای ما و دوستان مهمان در منزل ما رقم زدید. بخصوص ارسال غذا به موقع، آن هم در این روز طوفانی. سالهاست که همیشه چنین کیفیتی رو حفظ کردید و بعنوان یک مشتری چندین ساله همیشه از شما راضی بودیم و هستیم. با تشکر و خسته نباشید!

This is the best Persian food market EVER, I mean it!
Every thing is fresh and all the stuff are pretty friendly. It feels like Home.

This place is amazing in so many ways! At the back of this grocery store is a hot table where you can order kebabs or other items for take out and honestly the value for money here is unmatched! I got the #5 meal which has Chicken Kebab, Beef Kebab, rice, salad or pop which cost $22 and the portions are huge! The meal literally came in a small tray and the value was insane! 2 or 3 people can easily eat it

The food was also delicious and so so favourful!! I can't wait to go back and try more items soon

A couple of days ago, I ordered Ghormeh and Gheimeh from this store, and I was extremely disappointed. The food was overly greasy, and I’m not even sure they used the proper herbs for the Ghormeh stew—it didn’t taste authentic at all. On top of that, the price for a single stew was unreasonably high, making the experience even worse.

Today was my first visit, and I’m so glad I stopped by! I was in the area and on a mission to try lavashak (fruit leather), which I'd seen on TikTok. I called ahead to confirm they had it, then made my way over to find a fantastic selection of fruit leathers and pomegranate molasses. I picked up three different flavors of fruit leather, and to my surprise, the lady at the register kindly didn’t charge me for one—it was such a thoughtful gesture! I felt really welcomed and special. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for unique, delicious finds!

I try to go to different Persian stores in province Quebec and Ontario, I liked this store,the prices of some stuff are cheaper than Persian stores in Montreal .
The staffs were so nice,we had a great time there with that awesome music 😁

As a store it is good and well all around.
However, for the first time getting takeout from them, we were disappointed to find they did not have all the dishes advertised available.
We settled for kebabs regardless. The quality was very good and the portions are quite large for the price. Other items were overpriced however
Each meal comes with a choice of pop OR salad which i appreciated.

Free parking also available.
