Fast service and excellent product quality. I got 3 cubic yards of soil delivered to my house in the same day of placing the order. When it arrived I thought it was less than ordered being used to bagged soil, but boy I was wrong. Very clean soil, no plastic or sticks in it. My son says it was easy to shovel into buckets. I will buy again. Thank you!

Super happy with the product and service. Warren and Mark made everything super simple and answered all my questions promptly through the online portal and by phone. After our brief chat I decided to drop by to put in my order; it was too much weight for my car to handle even though I live 5 minutes away so I opted for delivery. 20 minutes after arriving home my order was delivered promptly. I haven't even gotten a pizza or Uber delivery that fast. Thank you!

I can’t believe we had a such great nice garden supplier near by in north york. I had so much trouble finding out interlocking paving stone and screening hpb etc. I visited many big store but didn’t work well. However I resolved all in one in this place. They had everything in very reasonable price. And all employees Warren, Mark, Alex were Knowledgeable, kind, and great nice person. I hope this company’s business going long run. They deserve more than 5 stars review 💯. Definitely I will return to visit this store in future.

Completely disorganised and unprofessional staff. Had to contact more than 5 times to get a simple order arranged and then had a TERRIBLE delivery experience. Despite having gone through delivery instructions in detail (1 way street / parking requirements etc), paying extra for special service and being told not to worry they: completely disregarded all instructions, didn't arrive in time window agreed, didn't even call to warn of delays, tried to leave without delivering, were rude, and then forgot to unload some of the items! Had to call office multiple times to notify of issues and missing items and they didn't attempt to resolve anything or apologise, just cancelled the forgotten items and the work crew on site lost a day unable to work.

Updated to address complete lies in owners reply: I responded to every email promptly whilst the business never telephoned back or replied when they were supposed to leaving me to chase constantly. More importantly we also spoke for a long time (more than once!) about delivery requirements and timing so saying they didn't know is complete and utter nonsense!

I can't say enough great things about Sutton's. Similar to another reviewer, we had trouble tracking down the patio stones we wanted and with one phone call to Sutton's, we had the order organized and arranged in no time at all. Both Mark and Warren were friendly and helpful with every question and request. Delivery was timely and professional, with a very reasonable charge (some of the other suppliers were trying to charge exorbitant fees, plus a $500 "security deposit" - ridiculous!!).
We came back to Sutton's recently for a sod order. The sod was of excellent quality, and was organized and delivered by the next day. The Sutton's sod is thriving, and the two additional rolls we had to purchase at Home Depot (we were a few rolls short) are all dying and need to be replaced.
This is a wonderful, family-run business that reminded us there are still awesome, helpful business owners out there who aren't only concerned about making money, but also about providing an excellent experience to their customers. We would happily return to Sutton's in the future for any landscaping/garden needs. HIGHLY recommended to you, too!

Agree with the other negative reviews. Came here for some information and potential purchase on a quiet day, but the person at the desk was rude and obviously didn't want to help someone new to gardening. I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning here.

Rude, he acted as if he didn’t want my business. Asking questions about product and price is just unacceptable for him I guess.
