I am a senior who knows very little about technology. My cell phone was not working and I went to this store and saw Sanger who was so helpful and honest. He spent well over an hour trying to figure out what was the problem because it was very involved. Even though I could have easily been told I needed a newer phone, he did not do that and in fact assured me, it can be fixed.

I was so impressed by his knowledge and determination to help.
When I asked him how much I owed for all his time, he said it was up to me. I was shocked.

Customer service like this is so incredibly rare these days. Seniors are especially vulnerable.

I would most strongly recommend this location and gentleman to everyone. You will not be disappointed. 10+ rating!!!

First time visiting this a Buy N Cell location. I purchased a iPhone 16 Pro Max today from them. Sanger was helpful and honest. Instead of buying a brand new one in box I opted for the open box to save money. The phone was in perfect condition. He also was kind enough to add a usb c cable (original), tampered glass and a case for the phone. Awesome customer service and for sure I will visit them for my future purchases! Big shout out to Sanger!

Save your hard earned money and don't go here. If I could give it 0 Stars I would have. I bought a new glass for my iPhone after I dropped it. Paid $150 and was given a warranty. My screen under warranty started to get coloured lines and after two days went all black down one side. The owner told me I dropped it and has " physical damage" which is a pure lie as there isn't a scratch/dentin my phone.. He is a con artist, save your hard earned money and go elsewhere.
