Amy was fantastic in helping me choose ski boots. She dedicated all the time I needed, never rushed me, and explained everything clearly. Her customer service was top-notch—super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how she made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I purchased a CSA helmet for my daughter’s first skating class, only to find out later that it was expired. I clearly mentioned to the staff that this was her first time skating and that I had no prior experience with skating equipment. Selling an expired helmet to a child is unacceptable and irresponsible.

To make matters worse, right after my visit, my credit card was charged with an unauthorized $600 payment. I can’t confirm if it’s connected to the store, but the timing is alarming.

This experience left me feeling frustrated and concerned. I urge other parents to double-check their purchases and be cautious when shopping here.

However, I wanted to bring a serious matter to your attention. Shortly after making a payment in your store, my Mastercard was used for an unauthorized purchase of $600 on Walmart.ca. Upon reviewing other comments, it seems I’m not the only one who has experienced this issue.

This has led me to suspect that someone at the store may have stolen customers’ credit card information. I hope you can investigate this matter thoroughly to ensure the safety of your customers’ payment information.

I am currently waiting for the result of the dispute process with my credit card company and will provide further updates if necessary. Thank you for looking into this issue.

We always get our skates here and bought our skis here too! Great spot, good and fast service, and they can offer buyback credit for old equipment in good condition, terms depending. Good store.

I’m new to skiing and came to this store to get ski boots. Marco was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me, and I eventually settled on a pair of Nordica ski boots that fit perfectly. Marco should get the employee of the year award! Thanks again Marco, you’re awesome!

I’ve come to this store a few times to buy hockey skates, accessories, and even bought a bicycle this summer… and EVERY single time the staff has been so patient and lovely! Definitely coming back and recommending you to my friends! Shoutout to Willow and Carman 🙂

Visited the store yesterday and bought hockey skates for my son. The staff member who helped us (Ari) was great! He helped us evaluate multiple options (both new and used), choose the best one for our needs, and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes.

I feel customer service lately has gone downhill. It was the simplistic things that made Play it again sports not disappoint. Customer service was top notch. All staff members on the floor you can clearly see were busy with other customers. I was greeted and advised I was going to be helped. Staff member called to have someone assist me. Vasya was very knowledgeable and was patient and assisted me throughout my whole experience. I also observed the staff approaching and asking customers if they need help. Highly recommend this location.
