I cannot recommend this place enough! My favourite flower shop, Staff are so kind and are willing to patiently explain and rearrange orders if needed, Sidney assisted us with picking a perfect Christmas flowers today. We are their regular customers and we always buy flowers here for every occasion. The flowers are freshhh and keep well and We never left dissatisfied. Love the variety of their colors, wrapping, plants and trees. The store is super clean and they gave us a cute Christmas tree as a gift .

I used this florist shop for a special occasion I was hired to organise and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! The arrangements were absolutely stunning and added the perfect touch of elegance and charm to the event. The team really listened to my vision and exceeded all expectations. Every detail, from the selection of flowers to the vibrant color palette, was just perfect. Not only were the flowers fresh and beautifully arranged, but the customer service was also top-notch. They delivered all promises on time and made the entire process effortless. I will definitely be using them again for future events! Highly recommend both locations!

This is my favourite floral shop! I love how you can make custom bouquets here and the staff are all so pleasant and helpful. I had help from Amy for my friend’s baptism bouquet and my boyfriend’s anniversary! In addition, I had Sherry help make my mum a bouquet for Christmas 🤗. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to find affordable but good quality flowers.

My experience today was very disappointing. There were so many things wrong with the bouquet I have purchased that it left me in a bad mood. The girl that was arranging my bouquet didn’t listen to my needs at all. I have explained that in my culture we don’t gift even number flowers so I have purchased an extra rose to add which for some reason was cut so short and shoved at the far end of the bouquet which didn’t make a difference. The first thing you see when you look at the bouquet is still 4 roses…also some other flowers were cut very short and were hidden and squished by other flowers. And when I was trying to show my disappointment, I’ve been told not to touch it like that as I will damage the flowers when I have paid for it in advance. The front 4 roses are different height as well. Overall very poor arrangement. Maybe it could been fixed with a little more patience and another 20 mins of a wait time, but my parking was paid for one hr only and I didn’t have time to have them rearrange it.
The way my bouquet was made I would not pay more than $120 with hst and that is still being generous, but $ 198.88 is way too much especially when half of the flowers were cut too short and were invisible. It is very disappointing and it looks like you can’t trust and rely on them and have to watch every single step of an arrangement.
Today was one of the worst bouquets I ever got from them. Maybe it is because I didn’t tip… but tips come after the service you receive.

Correction - I’ve been offered before I left not a refund but an exchange to any ready bouquet from a fridge and unfortunately I didn’t like any at that time and the difference would of been refunded maybe...
To prepare my bouquet took approx. 35-40 mins and another 20 mins was wasted on trying to convince me that nothing is wrong with a bouquet and that it was followed by the “recipe” . I was not offered an extra wrapping for a balanced look. However I did ask if by any chance we can add more paper to what I’ve received a response from an associate “we put only 2 sheets”. I totally got the point about the availability of certain flowers due to season which I didn’t have a problem with. My main concern was the arrangement. It was super tight, not balanced, and cut different length. Many flowers were squished and hidden under bigger flowers. I think the roses were supposed to be the centre of attention but instead we see the tallest out of all flowers 3 grey carnations right at the front and the feathers.
Now you can say anything you like how you tried to help… But in reality the girl that arranged my bouquet kept saying that she is the designer of the bouquet on the website and how she followed it by the recipe for me. Next time when a customer says they don’t like something open it up right away and try to fix it as spoken…. The parking is not cheap beside your location.

My daughter and I entered this boutique and the exterior was like entering Maleficent enchanted forest. It truly made my heart melt because it's tranquility. We were greeted as we entered and one of the florists assisted us with picking a perfect pink to burgundy gradient rose. It didn't catch our eyes at first. It was at the back, but appeared as a feeling. A secret, indeed.
I thought of my Mother, as this rose is for her Earthstrong. I thought of her strength, compassion and resilience as a single mother and now a proud grandmother.
Secret Garden, I think, allows a safe space to feel and be connected to nature, while choosing an extraordinary piece for your loved one.
