Called to ask about services and to inquire about stock and the lady on the phone was very unhelpful, as well as unfriendly. I was hoping for better from a local spot!

I have only brought my vehicles here on a few occasions for repairs, undercoating, etc and the staff have always been very kind and helpful. Good communication with any surprises that arise during repairs and associated costs.

I have been taking 3 cars for service to Keith for over 11 years now. He is without question the most honest, competent and knowledgeable mechanic/owner I have ever dealt with.
I take my 67 Firebird to him and I don't let just anyone work on it.... You guys rock Keith! 🙂

Take your vehicle elsewhere.
They will try to upsell parts and services you don't need.

Brought my car here with a few issues to solve.

There is an issue with my starter/alternator that I asked to get checked out along with park brake cables I supplied to be replaced.
(I also needed a new battery but I knew that)

Later the same day that I dropped it off I got a phone call saying that they

- checked over my alternator/starter and everything is fine. (It's not fine.) Still having issues, no idea how they didn't catch it since it's painfully obvious.

- That they installed a new battery. ( Didn't ask for that.)

- that they didn't install the park brake cables I asked them to install. (The main reason I visited.) The park brakes were sticking. If you pulled them, they would get stuck activated and it would be very hard to drive. They were told this very clearly. The park brakes were not attached to the lever for this very reason.
They decided to reassemble the lever and pull the brake when they brought it out of the shop leaving me with big problems I couldn't fix myself.

They charged me alot of money to essentially do nothing I asked plus try to install parts o didn't ask for.

There are many cheaper, honest shops out there with common sense.

Seriously, go elsewhere to spend your hard earned money.

On Friday Aug 23rd I brought in 4 rims with tires and asked to have the tires removed from the rims. I came in to pick them up after completion. The bill was $20 something dollars after tax. On Aug 26th I brought in 4 more rims to have tires removed. The plan is to have the tires removed from the first set of rims and installed on the second set of rims after I clean up the rims. When I went to pick them up the charge was $50 something dollars. This confused me greatly and was told by a somewhat rude guy that the first price was wrong and asked if I wanted to pay the mechanics wages Really He told me it's 15 a wheel to remove the tires.. So, If I do the math and show up with 4 wheels with worn out tires and ask to have my winter tires installed on them it's going to cost me $45.00 per rim? 15 to remove old tire, 15 to install new tire and 15 to balance.. Please clear this up for me?
