NOW THIS is interesting. I reviewed Superstore in SUDBURY, ONTARIO, a year ago, and somehow, now it shows the location of that review as Vancouver? Unreal. I am copying it back here:

Got some watermelon chunks on Door Dash from here, and once again, they are serving the RIND. Photo included.

love shopping there and earning PC points. The staff is friendly. What I like:

Large selection of produce and other products

Great cuts of meat that at times go on sale at reasonable prices

Spacious aisles

What they can improve on:

Cutting the melons in the fresh fruit sections without the rinds

Helping bag the groceries (sometimes there is no one else in line or both lanes are so full that the cashier can't pass through any other orders, and yet SOME don't help with the bagging?

Less emphasis on self- checkouts and quicker methods of cashing out with a cashier. The self checkouts are always available, and there are always lineups at the other cashes- this is because people are demonstrating their preference, and their voices should be heard

Get rid of the inserting a loonie or token system to make use of a grocery cart. The reason they mentioned was to curb theft, but much like the self- checkout systems, it also reduces the need for staff (to walk around the parking lot collecting the carts).

I feel like if Superstore wants to maintain their reputation as a premium grocery store and not a No-Frills type destination, they should think about bringing back some of the above- mentioned frills.

They need to add there website link to there address. Others wise it creates a longer process to access there website directly. No one should have to go threw a google map process in the store finder! / locator. Addresses are there for a reason! Google has changed because they never had that before. Back then straight to link very easy.. And my location was off! No extra steps involved! Very simple

With a heavy heart, I have to downgrade my review to almost Walmart status. While an overall clean and organized store, they are consistently out of most meat products on the weekends which forces me to go to Walmart where it's absolutely filthy. They're new brand of freakishly huge Asian pears taste like poison.

Couldn't use self check-out because I'm disabled... it wouldn't let me hold the handle of the bag while bagging...I can't repetitivly bend over to open the bag, and the bag hook is placed too high to use.Then I was told I was rude when I asked for help scanning and to use the regular check out... where I would have had to wait longer and have people waiting for me to bag... customer service needs to get a clue.

I’ve been buying sour dough bread from the bakery and lately they have been using very dirty pans to bake the bread. I have to cut the bottom crust off the bread to eat it. So disappointed. Check the following pictures. Bread is awful.

I buy these often as I like the ingredients in this particular "salad". But is it a salad really? All salads are supposed to be bite size and this is far from it. Is it possible to rectify this?

Zero service provided to the drivers who are picking up the orders for their customer.. Today i wait 35 minutes in the queue for an order after that they said it is still in picking.. Then why you waste drivers time give them proper information…… zerooooo rating

Horrible service. We were stuck waiting for a good 20 minutes a custom cake that we had ordered for the time we showed up. No staff in sight
