We ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza. HALF sauce. The pizza had an over the top amount of sauce on it, it was doused in sauce. What makes it worse was that it had a minimal amount of toppings on it, leaving nearly a 4 inch crust for the circumference. The crust was burnt. Absolutely horrible and very disappointing. We did not eat it, to say the least. Greco's in Kensington needs new and well trained staff, ones who actually care about the product and customers. Solution would be to have new owners. Will not be back. On our way to Domino's.

Yum... I rarely order pizza but would definately return to the Greco in the Kensington location. We'll made, lots of flavour for both pizza and garlic fingers. Fella that took my order was helpful and ACTUALLY GOT MY ORDER RITE 😱 compared to MANY other fast food places these days. I would recommend.

Ordered a Donair pizza along with several other items. Asked for tomatoes to only be on one half of the pizza. Drove to pick it up. Arrived back home to find out it was made with pizza sauce instead of donair, the one half had no meat and the tomatoes were across the whole pizza. Awful! So I call ask them to redo the donair pizza the right way. I drive back to the store and they haven’t even started the pizza. They weren’t going to offer any compensation for their mistake. I said what are you going to do for me? I paid triple the gas, my time is wasted, and the rest of the food I ordered is getting cold at home. After 45 minutes they finally had my donair pizza ready the right way. They offered me a few pop for my troubles, which I didn’t accept. I get home and seriously from the attitude they gave me I couldn’t stomach the idea of eating the pizza that they most likely did something to. I won’t be going back to that Greco again. The workers don’t know what customer services is. The manager I spoke with over the phone didn’t even apologize it’s quite obvious who trained the employees.

Side note: there is one young guy that works there that is absolutely 100% a great worker. I’ve told him and left him a very good review in the past. His shift was over before I returned with the pizza.

Not very clean, and order was not correct. Ordered a well done, veggie pizza , with cauliflower crust. Got bread crust, and a soggy mess with hardly any sauce. First and last time at Greco. Can eat much better than this for almost $30

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza.. it was worse than how I make it at my home. Dominos is the best.. Don't waste your money here. Grecos Garlic fingers is good but other items..phew!!!

The donairs were great. I asked for the chicken wings to be put through twice and lots of sauce put right on them. They were not put through twice and never put sauce on them. When I picked up our order and seen no sauce on wings I asked him to put sauce on them and asked for lots of sauce he didn't want to at first but then he said ok but it'll be 5 minutes. So once sauce was on there was hardly any sauce, some wings didn't have any so I had to go back in and ask for more sauce. The guy I talked to this time was very nice and asked how much I wanted, he had to go out back or downstairs wherever to get more sauce, guess the first guy was to lazy to go get the sauce. But the donairs were great.
