I am absolutely emberrased that I had to have a dealership call here on my behalf .
Michelin was so rude to the dealership they called me immediately to tell me how brutal the experience was .

I hope she knows that when a customer calls she is aware they pay her salary.
I the way Michelin handled herself with the dealership was way way unprofessional and I'm glad my buisness didn't float to her hands.
Hard to do buisness that way .
