One of the best shops! I bought a lot of stuff there. One of the jackets didn't fit me, and I lost my receipt. The manager and cashier helped me. Since I have their bonus card, they were able to find my purchase and exchanged the jacket for another one.

Would appreciate your check out staff would socialize with customers on their own time, not at the checkout counter while 4-5 other costumers are waiting to check out! I honestly don't care if your mother lives in BC and you cross the US border into Washington state. That conversation lasted 8-12 minutes with a customer while we all waited in line!! Not very considerate or professional!

To me Marshall’s and Winners are same category. If you’ve seen my Winners review you probably don’t need to read this one. The store is super clean. Washrooms and change rooms are always clean and well maintained. I would stay away from make up and body care products but some brands are way cheaper than other stores. For example I got a dark spot treatment at Sally Beauty for $20 (but was buy one get one free) that they sell for only $6.99. So you just need to pick the right items. I wish they had a bigger collection of purses and shoes as well as sizes. Their bras and panties are awesome in price and quality. Toys section contains cheap stuff but low quality. Kitchen and home organizers are not a big selection. Again, staff are decent and friendly. I highly recommend it.

I only went to Marshall's for the first time the other day. I bought two items in haste without trying them on. A few days later I went to return them and the process was swift and seamless. Immediately afterwards I perused the store and bought a couple more items, none of which I have wanted to return. I love this store already. It has similar vibes and selection as Homesende/Winners does, but is SO MUCH less busy. I could roam the store without feeling bombarded by people everywhere. Their items are lovely.
