Shipping was lightening fast - even during a holiday weekend! I loved the personalized thank you card and baby product selection is great! I was able to find fantastic deal on EzPz sets and even found a retired Jellycat Happy Egg book that will bring my 6 month baby so much joy - Jellycat Eggs are her jam.

The store is beautiful, lots of unique items for babies that you can't find anywhere else. I didn't receive any customer service, no one said hello when I walked in or checked on me while shopping. But overall the cashier was friendly and I had a nice time looking through their products. Definitely on the pricey side, but good quality items.

Extreamly dissatisfied, I purchased an uppababy mesa car seat in noa that was on sale . Apparently, they had over sold the car seat and canceled the order with out notifying me . When I called to ask about what happened ,they told me they over sold what they had and wouldn’t honour the price on the car seat when they restock and wouldn’t honour the pricing on a different colour mesa . If you over sell a product you should honor the pricing that you sold it at , even if the customer has to wait for restocking or apply the discount to the same product in a different colour.

While , I appreciate your response . A “glitch” is not a reason to cancel an order as you did over sell . As you mentioned uppababy is sold out at the moment. However, they will be restocking the car seat and I don’t mind waiting for the resupply as the product is not discontinued.
