Build-A-Bear is a magical experience that exceeded all of our expectations! It was our first time visiting, and my daughter was a bit shy at first. But the staff member who helped us was absolutely incredible. She was so patient and kind, guiding my daughter through the entire process with genuine enthusiasm and making her feel like the most special person in the room.

From choosing her furry friend to stuffing it, adding a heart, and picking out the perfect outfit, the whole experience was truly memorable. Yes, it can be a bit pricey, but the joy and excitement on my daughter's face were priceless. She now has a cherished keepsake and a wonderful memory that will last a lifetime.

Corrupt store, HORRIBLE staff, apparently everyone is a “manager”. Went shopping with my kids for March break, they advertised 2 bears for $55. Huge sign out front stating this, also multiple little red signs in front of bears claiming to be on sale. I picked up 2 bears from where the signs were labeled 2 for $55, I confirmed the price with staff twice (two different employees) both confirmed the bears I picked up were part of the sale. Went through the whole process of making the bears, got to the register and apparently the bears I chose were NOT part of the sale. The cashier was very aggressive and rude, refused to come with me to see the sign on the bears. She also refused to tell me which “correct” bears were part of the sale in that section. She said “whichever ones you didn’t pick”. The price of the items were almost triple what was advertised. I left the store with both my kids upset since they wouldn’t honor the price advertised. They realized they had made a mistake on the signage and tried to quickly remove the signs before getting into trouble, which is why she wouldn’t go with me to look at it.

I called the store and spoke with Laurie, who was apparently a manager. She said she would have someone named Shannon (store manager) call me back. It’s been almost a week. No call.

I called back today to follow up, spoke with yet another “manager”. Different person, again, rude. She hung up on me mid conversation.

I cannot believe this is the way they run a business. I’ve worked retail for 10+ years, never in my life have I dealt with such shady customer service. Seems like something fraudulent is going on among the staff.

Been Here Since January 2K23 And One Thing Is True, The Staff Here Are Super Nice And Helpful, As Well My Amazing Friends. Massive Props To Olivia, Jordan, Erik, And Natalie; you deserve the best. Looking forward to stuffing more Sanrio Bears, Hopefully Kiki From LTS This Month.

It was a very special start to the birthday month, Left my toddler happy . Staff was polite and quick . Not a lot of line up on a Tuesday

It was my daughter's first time here. She loves stuffed animals. Unfortunately, we came here on a weekend around 11 AM and it was already super busy. The line up to build a bear was almost out the store. I counted two workers; there should be more workers especially on a weekend.

Was at this store today and had a very bad experience. They had one person stuffing the bear and 4 at the register standing around and talking, not even helping anyone. There was a big line for bear stuffing and nothing happening. Had to wait 40 to get the bear I wanted stuffed and that shouldn't have happen. Never had any issue from this store before until I today. Not happy with the service I do understand it was 2 week til Christmas but this should have happen it's like the staff didn't care there.

Great idea for a gift! Awesome choice of characters! Also great staff!
Cindy was the one to help me with my purchase. I noticed a mistake in my recording after she stitched the bear up already 😱
She was super kind and polite, we redid the recording again and she stuffed it in there and stitched it up all over again while being super nice and friendly!
Great experience!

P.S. I’ve hidden some passion under that Batman costume haha😂
