I checked the website on Tuesday Evening(image 1), and it said you have 12 of the item in stock. I go in, ask for said item, and I’m told you’re sold out and the website hasn’t updated yet. No big deal. I was told that usually you restock either Wednesdays or Thursdays. I just went in around 2pm ish, after checking the website(image 2), seeing that there is apparently still 12 in stock, and lo and behold, sold out. When I mentioned that one of the employees said you should be restocked, I was met with no answer other than have a good day. I’m not the first person to have issues with your website being inaccurate, and I’m sure I won’t be the last. Still a customer, just disappointed.

Went here for a bowl the other night, got a 2 minute shpeal about "the kilns require too much power.... Blah blah" and they don't have bowls due to a shortage. I said "you don't have a broken bong in the back with a bowl in it?" He says as he's walking away "even if I did I wouldn't give it to you"

I go to True North the next day and ask if they have the basic clear bowls he says "I think I have some spare ones in the back I can give you". !!!!!

After mistakenly trusting a roadside weed shop on my adventure to Sudbury, I couldn’t be happier to have stumbled into this place searching for a replacement bag.

Zoe was super sweet, friendly, and very knowledgable about both the Sudbury area (ty from a tourist!) and the weed she was selling me. I couldn’t be happier 🙂

They do not use good business practices. Items ordered and paid for on line are not necessarily fulfilled. They initially will offer a refund, but then, when pressed for it. But then will refuse to refund the purchase price and still will not provide the product. This is inconsiderate and unconscionable that they take a client's money and do not provide the products? I would not recommend and/or deal with this shoddy business.

I acknowledge the response to your review stating that you would prefer that customers only leave their feedback. Sad that you are dodging the entire issue about denying refunds to customers who paid for products you failed to provide. I may or may not of been a customer of your store, but if your treatment of these customers is indicative of the type of service you provide, give me one good reason why myself or anyone else would want to tolerate or deal with your business?

Friendly staff - actually lead me to a product that I needed. Super helpful!
