UPDATE: I visited in person this week and the experience was over the top! Angie was amazing - her energy, joy and great styling had me feeling like a Queen! I have never shopped in a place where I had to choose between so many items that fit well and ones where I knew there was no chance of someone else in the room wearing the same outfit! The care that goes into their selection is obvious - and appreciated!
I will be back!
Every online purchase has been amazing. I had to return something and the refund was immediate and easy! Love this place!!!!

Absolutely love The Plus Factor. Quality clothing at great price points. Canadian made as well as they have their own line of beautiful clothing, Black Labb that fit perfectly for every type of woman. The staff are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I buy 99% of my clothing here. Love love love!

I was shopping for a Christmas party worthy outfit. Having to shop all afternoon, I was about to quit until I fount The Plus Factor shop. My very first time, I wasn't expecting to find anything but I went in. This lady came right up to me and offered my help. She knew my size just by talking to me, IDK how she did it but 15 minutes later I was about to drive home with the perfect outfit. I wish I had found this shop a long time ago. Do not lose that sales person she is the best.

I love this store because the staff is very friendly. They have beautiful quality clothes. Unique to their store. I love that they are honest when you try something on. They will not say it looks good on you unless they mean it.
