Worst customer service. Placed an order online, wasn't given a confirmation email for some reason. Called the store to check for my order, was told that the order did not go through and to check on my end as perhaps there was a mistake on my end. Two minutes later the employee calls back and says they have the order. Went to the store to pick it up and explained that I don't have an order number but I was told my order was ready for pick up (gave them my name etc). Older gentleman tells coworker to " tell the lady how online orders work". I was referred to a younger employee who took my name and went to check. She called the cashier and told her that there was no order for that name. Upon insisting that I spoke to an employee this morning and he confirmed my order was there, the cashier asked for my phone number at which point she told me " ma'am I found it". Perhaps the management can speak to the staff about not being condescending to customers.

I will not shop at this store ever or any longer ever. I've traveled across Ontario, and lived always close to a princess auto, loved the store n deals. BUT, WHEN UR IN THEIR STORE BEWARE OF THEIR SHELVES PRICES, BECAUSE THEY DONT CHECK THEM REGULARLY, THEY MISS LEAD CUSTOMERS TO A GREAT PRICE ON THE ITEM, BUT YOU TO CASH OUT, AND IT 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT, we told cashier that it stated one price and that's the price they should honor ticketed price. Nope they don't have to. Beware the Manger didn't care either.

Once again had amazing service at Princess Auto as I used a Saw that I bought for the first time and it was a couple of years old, but I had not used it before and it failed after five minutes, but they gave me a replacement so I am thrilled.

I enjoy coming here. Always manage to find great deals and savings. They started to box surplus items in surprise boxes ranging from $5.00 - $10.00 and placed at the front counter. Well worth it and great stocking stuffers for Christmas.
