Awesome service, i had come in looking for a linen suit for my wedding and i had to bring in my two daughters with me as i didnt have anyone to watch them. felt very comfortable going in with them and always made me feel welcomed and prioritized. making a decision on a suit was a breeze as they knew exactly what i was looking for and did it in a timely manner. i would recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality, great prices, and even better service. thanks Lucy!!

I would like to thank the team! My partner ordered a suit from another company and it came in COMPLETELY wrong, but Reg Wilkinsons took us in, fixed the issues, we’re kind and accommodating (especially since the wedding was in a week!)

I recently had the very fortunate occasion to visit Reg Wilkinson. I had erringly forgot to pack a suit for a family funeral in Sudbury and was in need of an emergency replacement. My wife, a Sudbury native, immediately thought of Reg Wilkinson. So, late on a Friday evening as we arrived from Ottawa, we visited Reg Wilkinson, explained the situation, and with the utmost professional regard, they were able to fit me with an excellent suit within one hour. Their staff not only provided caring regard for the situation I was in, but also went the extra mile without hesitation to provide the necessary alterations and pressing to enable me to return to the store early Saturday morning, don my new suit (which fit perfectly), and have plenty of time to make it to the funeral. I cannot express my level of thanks to the wonderful staff at Reg Wilkinson. If it were possible to rate them higher than 5 stars, they have certainly earned it. They are true professionals of their craft. This level of attention and service is rarely found in the retail industry these days. I have nothing but the highest regard for Reg Wilkinson and now consider them my "go to" clothier for fine mens wear.

Great experience here with Todd renting the suits for our wedding. My husband and his groomsmen looked dashing - would recommend this store again and again! My father-in-law also purchased a suit here for our wedding.

The staff were very inattentive and let us in just to ignore us the entire time we were there. They didn't ask if we had an appointment or if we l would like to make one. After this experience, we will definitely go elsewhere.
