I experienced excellent customer service from staff member "Faith" at Sudbury location. Terrific customer service, very knowledgeable, ready and willing to assist in any way she could, easy to talk with, and found exactly what I was looking for. I am also shocked in the greatest way possible with the quality of the corset we had decided on and ordered in (shipping times were also fantastic) Thank you for the great experience!

Came here to buy lingerie before and was blown away by the quality of the customer service. I was assisted by an amazing lady with dark red hair and tattoos. She was incredibly helpful with sizing and recommendations and made the whole experience very comfortable. I came to shop multiple times and each time she was awesome. Not from Sudbury, but will definitely have to stop by if I ever visit the city again!

A staff screamed at me within two minutes of walking into the store for simply looking at product. That doesn’t seem like a very safe space to me. Will absolutely not be back.

Went with my friends to this store and was told “to be professional” by a worker as we walked in laughing and having fun. Super rude woman working behind the counter. The one with green hair was very polite. We were stared at and made extremely uncomfortable when it was not our first time in this store. Did not appreciate this experience and did not enjoy this worker.
