When I went to the store it was the first time I've ever been in a store like this so I had no clue on any of the products, a sales associate by the name of Alexi was very knowledgeable and helpful on helping me find out what I was looking for, I had a great customer service experience and she was a pleasure to deal with, it's hard to find good employees like this. Thank you so much Alexi for the amazing customer service ? I will definitely being coming back again ?.

Their products always winde up breaking. I have received products a noticed they weren't in original packaging. So expensive for products then to break. I gave them 2 stars cause the staff is really nice.

Absolutely mind blown by the pathetic service from this store owner Jay.
Used a toy once with my partner which broke, traveled back from out of town to explain and see if I could get my money back with receipt and was refused. I literally had the new one in hand and was fully prepared to buy it. I asked to speak to the owner since they have the atonomy to make the call for the customer. Thinking this guy must value service as I do in the industry so let’s see if he is willing to make this right given the circumstance. So we call him, I explain I’m in service and we have the ability to understand and ‘make it right’ n that after one use this happened BUT when speaking to him calmly I might add he goes straight to egotistical banter flustered literally saying ‘after we assess if we believe what ur saying is true we will then issue u a credit.’
I’m sorry WHAT!! He carried on again increasingly flustered ‘I don’t know if in your business you have returns’ okay I’m sorry is this guy for real? At one point I said ‘listen to yourself, listen to how your speaking to me, YOUR CUSTOMER.’
THIS is what sets exceptional service and businesses owners apart from one another.
EGO! Jay you proved to have a big one today.

He was more concerned with proving his point, shooting me down, insulting me and saving his business financial impact for the cost of the toy which is $100.

This is why business that thrive on customer service WIN and why online shopping is so successful.

Ps I won’t bother your direct report Patty with this nonsense since I’ve learned she is your partner and I am left feeling as though it is pointless.

It's the first time I have gone to a store like this, I was confused and the person working there was very patient and helpful, I didn't catch her name but she made this a good experience which was not awkward and walked me through proper storage and sanitization methods to make them last. Thank you very much!

Don't bother wasting your time here. Shop online ..... better prices, better selection, better service. These folks will smile at you and take your money, but once you're out the door, good luck getting after-sales service.

Boght 2 products and they dont work paid close to 250.00 and thwy dont work SO MUCH FOR OH WE CHECK THEM BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE STORE
