Nickel City Surplus is a wonderful new business for Sudbury. Great prices, well organized, responsive, excellent service. The team is working hard every time I go in, and always friendly to help. Great rotation and new products every week. I spontaneously went shopping after a workout last week and forgot my moolah, they generously offered to remain open late to return or hold it for me. Above and beyond service. Well done.

Robert & his wife are incredible people! I met them by coming to pick up a sealy mattress, which was very reasonably priced. To a point, I doubted the Legitimacy when she asked to meet at the back of a plaza. But when I got there I discovered the couple own the store! Duh! When she found out I had recently moved to the area, she offered some items may need and ended up giving my family a FREE breakfast table and 4 chairs. Very kind people who truly are not out to make bank on their customers and people who actually help people in need. Will definitely recommend them for all your house hold needs and I'll sure be using them for mine!

I just made my third trip out to nickel city surplus and am very happy with all of the items I have purchased. The staff are so helpful and friendly each and every time we go. I went for the first time today as my gf took me saying I would love it and she was right! It was fun, easy, and thrifty shopping . Large variety of assorted random items and definitely something for everyone. I thought the prices were reasonable on some items, and I was unaware that the stickers' colour was a difference in discount. Should be posted in the store, but it's good to know now since it was our first time there.
