Not only did canada post lose my package after they delivered it to a completely different address then what was written on the parcel, they had the pleasure of informing me that the person who "Delivered" my package has a known history of wrongfully delivering parcels to the wrong address, such people should not be working for you if they can't seem to display a basic understanding of reading.

Went to read their reviews and was not shocked at all that what happened to us happens to a lot of people. My husband ordered a package and we had to pick it up and on our way home we pasted the post worker dropping off the notice off saying we could pick it up. They came to our house without the package as it was in our car. So obviously had no intention on actually delivering it. An absolute joke. This is now the 3rd time something like this has happened to us. Very unprofessional and very lazy of them all. Extremely disappointed.

Paid to have a package delivered, had it marked as a safe drop,never left the office and will be returned because they can't be bothered.
This is an ongoing issue with this office, they will not do their job

What a complete joke. Contacted there today regarding a package delivered to another persons address. Waited all day with no response, when finally getting through after 25 calls I was rudely hung up on by the young man, followed by " the caller is unavailable at this time" when requesting a supervisor. Phone unplugged. A+. Still no package

They never even attempt to deliver packages to the house. The only thing they bring is a pre written note saying they have it. The note doesn’t even specify what member of your household ordered it and if you try to pick it up and your first name is not the one on the box they refuse to release it. Incredibly lazy and unprofessional that no attempt at delivery and can’t even properly fill out a notice for collection.

The guy who works weekends is AWFUL and rude. I called to ask about a package and he picked up the phone, yelled at me, told me to call back later and then hung up on me with so much attitude I didn't even get a word in. Never use this post office on weekends unless you want to be slapped in the face verbally for no reason. Hire better workers Canada Post.

Called multiple times, no answer for a small question. Went there myself cuz its a 10 minute drive. Asked for a extra mail key for myself. And didn't get one. Was told to go get it cut myself. Even though most homehardwares don't cut post office keys. Rude customer service.

These people are arrogant and rude. Too bad the federal government hire people like this. They will not lift a finger to help you. The only good person is my delivery person, she goes above expectations!
