Never been to a store with more readily available and helpful employees. Never had a bad experience in all the times we’ve gone in there. Only wish they carried lumber!

Every staff member acknowledges you when meeting them anywhere in this store. Very helpful in all regards to locating merchandise one is looking for. Very clean and tidy isles and shelves. One thing that is more important to me as a customer in any facility I go to is the washrooms. If not clean and tidy. Which this one is. I do not return. This is second important to me, along with just saying HI. (I see you)

Just going for the building tour alone is so much fun. 2 floors 2 buildings or more... lol storage out back for seeds and dirts. Always find what looking for plus extras.

This Home Hardware is by far the best one I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at! The employees are all wonderful, the store is spotless, and Grannie's Bargain Basement is a unique touch! I will be back next time I'm in town.

I needed to exchange an item and was told I would not be able to get a refund until store opened but said they would put aside a replacement item for me. When I picked the item up, I was told that it was ok to have the replacement item at no charge but bring back the defective one when store opens. This was so trusting and of course I will return it. I love every Home Hardware store. Always so helpful.
