Excellent experience with my orders. Quick, efficient delivery. Products come extremely well packaged to protect cans of paint from exploding, which I have had that unpleasant experience with others in the past. I was looking for a shop that carried FUSION paints and I found Kathie Jordan Design. I dropped in and picked up the colour I was looking for (French Eggshell) and met John. When I told my friend about the Queen planters, she just had to have one so we returned the next day to buy one. We had a delightful visit with John and Kathie and learned more about the store and their passion for design. What a pleasant and helpful staff and there are some wonderful things to buy in the shop. I will definitely be back!

I love this store! They have everything you could possibly want to turn an old piece of furniture into a work of art. They take the time to talk to you about what you're trying to achieve and recommend the appropriate products. They don't try to "upsell" you - as a customer I really appreciate that!

I recently discovered this beautiful shop when I ordered a Lampe Berger diffuser online and picked it up.
Kathie Jordan was there and was so very helpful and friendly, she gave me a tour of her business and showed me the amazing furniture she was working on….Kathie is so talented and creates “new” pieces out older ones that are stunning.
She has many high quality, gorgeous fabrics , gifts, room paint, stencils, window treatments and a great selection of Lampe Berger fragrance refills and the lamps themselves.
I felt very at home & relaxed in her shop and can’t wait to visit again.
I highly recommend going to New Hamburg and popping in!

I have been on the hunt for this candle by Marmalade of London for some time. I stumbled on KJD and was thrilled that they had it. I live in the Kawartha Lakes but will for sure venture to this store in New Hamburg...looks awesome.
