Excellent service always! I was confused by a recent claim to my insurance provider from a prescription I filled there, forgetting that the pharmacy does direct file. They were excellent at walking me through this and never showed any frustration despite my confusion. I really appreciated the excellent service and always have!

The training of their serving staff is just atrocious with a total lack of operational guidance. I was picking up some rental items and the 2 customer service ladies had not be trained fully on that procedure so it took 1 hour from beginning to the end.

And now to the extremely concerning part

You are expected to pay for the rentals when you take the goods with a credit card, and of course I have no problem with that. The big problem is (and it's against the law) they keep a complete hand written copy of that card information stabled to the contract, which is kept in a binder behind the counter, not in secured location or far from unscrupulous hands. Even though I pointed out that it was illegal to do that they still carried on. Given that I was having my operation first thing in the morning I had no choice but to proceed.

As soon as i got home i phoned the card company to put a temporary freeze on it, but they immediately blocked and canceled that card and stated that their method of record keeping was illegal and I should refrain from using any card with them.

This is one of the top methods used to fraudulently take money from other cardholders

The owner, a pharmacist, and his peer pharmacist have been a godsend to our family struck with many challenges over the years with physical health, mental health and now a cancer struggle. These 2 men have always taken all the time I needed to explain, educate, suggest alternatives and help me to be able to discuss with our various physicians the challenges that came with the prescriptions and their recommendations. My husband had a new script for his severe cancer pain, we were returning late from hospital and this small town pharmacy showed its heart and compassion. The owner stayed open later to meet us at the door after hours so my spouse would not have to have another sleepless pain filled night. This is not the first time he has done so. Thanks for being such an important part of our community and health care! I also have to mention they have an awesome natural health supplement department with knowledgeable staff support that have come to the forefront to help us out also. And when the family care giver is exhausted there are delicious healthy protein drinks and green smoothies to grab on the way out!
