I purchased a bike from Wheels on Peel and it has been great, but...
I keep breaking spokes on the rear wheel. This is nobody's fault but mine and the wheel manufacturer. The reason I give 5 stars is because when I bring my bike to Ted, he made sure to help me out in every way he could. He has been very helpful in getting me back on my bike and I trust his expertise. He stands by the products he sells and I'll be sure to come back whenever I need anything.

Amazing customer service from Ted at Wheels on Peel! I had called literally every other bike shop in KW and was told up to a 2-week turnaround time for a quick rear spoke fix. Called up Ted and he expected to have it done the next day - and he did! Very grateful for his efficiency - without a doubt, I recommend his shop and repair services to anyone.

This couple is amazing! They are so kind and caring for their customers. Last week we had a situation where we were all set to take off for a biking trip in the USA and realized the night before we were leaving that our daughters tires were ruined and needed to be replaced. Wheels on Peel accepted her bike first thing in the morning and had it ready for us the same day. So thankful to them!

Ted and Collen are two of the best. Everyone in my family rides and my son competes in elite level Triathlon, and I wouldn't trust anyone more then Ted to work on his bike. I try to maintain our bikes but sometimes they just need the "Ted touch". No matter the size of the job, big or super small Ted, works at them all. They are always accommodating and pleasant to deal with in the years we have been going there. They are New Hamburg's best kept secret.

Super friendly, they even stayed after hours to ensure I got my sons skates back and didn’t miss his hockey school. I wasn’t bike shopping but they have a great selection of bikes and accessories. I will definitely go back as I felt valued with their attention to detail. My son is very picky with his feet and especially his blades underneath him and he said they felt perfect. His training was demanding and very focused on developing his edge work. A sharp edge gave him more confidence to push his limits. Thank you Wheels on Peel!

Convenient location for local bike service in New Hamburg area and that is where it ends. Ted and Colleen are the owners, she is nice but Ted needs to take a personality and manners course as he is very rude and cold. When you walk in, the lights are usually off and feel like you are intruding or bothering with the body language you receive once he sees you are there. Ted did not stand behind his bike I purchased from him, instead he accused me personally for abusing the bike which is untrue. Anytime I’ve been here he makes you feel like you are bothering him and he just doesn’t want to be there. Not sure why these types of people are in customer service…go somewhere who appreciates your business.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BIKE SHOP!! Very nice and knowledgeable owners take their time to make sure you are happy! Very rare and hard to find this level of service nowadays! Both kids could not be any happier...They let us buy a balance bike, and bring it back for a full credit towards the new bike!! They both learned to ride a two wheeler without training wheels in about a week. Will definitely be a return customer! THANK YOU WHEELS ON PEEL!!!

Great friendly service, a very large selection of bikes and equipment. Your one stop bike shop. Took my bike in to have a small issue fixed and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Got it fixed on the spot. Parking is convenient on the road right in front of the shop. Can recommend Wheels on Peels for all your bike needs.
