Figured the public would like to know how the owner conducts himself in public/handles people that take issue with him and his son

Mike and Ken are convinced they are gods gift to the Greater Napanee Area! They talk a great talk about being Christian, and helping others and making sure they maintain a good reputation.

Mike and Ken however do not show anyone why being a Christian, like them, would be something anyone would want to consider,

Hypocrites from the bottom up, Ken and Mike will be the first to lose their calm in a situation and act the complete opposite of their “faith” and completely disregard their public image.

Don’t let these two fool you, typical hide behind religion as a cover for who they actually are.

Now. To deal with business, Mike and his father have a wonderful business. That you should only support if you like to enable members of your community that fake who they are to maintain a better image in the public eye.

I don't usually write reviews, but Ken, Mike and staff from cando are amazing people to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and very polite. When we have any issues with our internet. They stand behind there work and business. Also note they will go way and beyond to help you out even if it's after hours. Thanks for the amazing service and keep up good work. I'd give you alot more stars if I could.

I found this place very friendly and helpful .. they were very compassionate that I had traveled out of town for an appointment with no AC and my dog with me. They took my computer in first as we were waiting due to the price of gas to come back and forth. I would highly recommend the drive here versus any place in the city of Kingston. There are also non-judgmental that my computer was not new.

They persisted in spite of the Internet saying that nothing can be done for my cellphone model. They fixed it within an hour. That is what I call an exceptional business !

Laptop taking forever to boot up, sometimes 2+ hours. Had purchased a common anti-virus program which made things worse. In desperation took to Cando who removed anti-virus & sped machine up. They recommended a new solid state drive to really improve machine. Quoted an installed price which blew me away. Picked device up in afternoon several times faster than when it was new. Extremely fair pricing, friendly and keep you updated as to status. Highly recommend.

My laptop was super slow and unresponsive. The tech told me it was because it couldn't handle all the microsoft updates. He said it needed a new hard drive. I said should I just buy a new one and he said 'no, with a new hard drive it will be faster than a new one. So, for $150 I got a great laptop instead of paying $500 for a new one. They did a great job and saved me a ton of money. They are my go-to guys for IT support.

They can only wish that they "Can do it". Look elsewhere for computer servicing. A disappointment and waste of time and money for nothing resolved on my computer. They don't seem to listen or take instruction. Go elsewhere for service. * Reply to rebuttal : This is not a bot... No need for a service number. Your business had its chance and failed. No need for further discussion on the matter. I stand by my opinion. You deserve the negative review sir. Take it as constructive criticism and try to improve your business to avoid such deserving comments.

Hooked up with these guys a few months ago for wi fi. I have had nothing but problems since March 31st. I have called them twice and been into the shop once. They said they would send a technician last week and no one showed up. I'm done! I called another company and I'm hooking up with them on Monday! Don't bother with these guys.
Update: Finally got things straightened out with this company and have decided to stay with them. They really came thru in the end. Canceled with the other company as I had waited a month and they still hadn't hooked me up.
