Great service all around. We have started coming to this shop for all of our ford repairs. Also bought a new vehicle with a trade in here recently and everything was well done. Bought from other dealers the last few years and they won't even consider budging on price, and when post-purchase issues need tweaking, not dealt with well (like you didn't just spend a ton of money). We found the people at Village Ford will go the extra mile, whether fitting you in for repairs, making that vehicle purchase special, as well as great gas service. Plus a very cute dog in the waiting area if you're lucky! It has the vibe and service that used to be considered standard. Good hearted place where customer is first and you are not treated like a number.

Service portion is great HOWEVER they should not have an online contact option because they just don’t answer.
They have vehicles for sale which I have reached out amount multiple times to get a bit more information before I drive there and they just don’t answer.

The team at Village Ford was amazing! We were in desperate need of a repair to our climate control and in this heat wave didn’t want to wait to get into our local dealer. I called village ford and spoke with Scott, he was very understanding and got us in right away! The team there, both front end staff and mechanic, that we dealt with took great care and kept us informed throughout the whole time they had our car! Promptly, the next morning our repairs were done! I am so happy with the customer service and quality care from you all! Thank you so much 🙌🏼

I just bought a used Ford Explorer from Scott. His customer service is 2nd to none. He wants to do everything he can to make the customer happy. His absolutely no pressure style, friendly casual laid back attitude is very refreshing. I highly recommend Village Ford and it will most definitely be my first stop the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. Thanks Scott for all that you did to get me settled in my Explorer. (On behalf of my dad who doesn’t have a Google account:) While on the 401 in terrible weather, I got a puncture in one of the tires on my 3 month old Ford F350 dually. I got off the highway and limped into Dorchester to Village Ford where I was told they didn’t have a jack to lift it. I guess the moral of the story is, don’t buy a Super Duty from them, because they ain’t got a jack. Thanks to Tubby’s for getting it done!

Very good experience buying my truck - Scott worked patiently with me finding what I wanted...had to bring it in from another dealership - took some extra time even when I was going give up on an option - he said "nope you are getting what you want" and very happy I did 🙂 He's a busy man running the sales on his own but had the time to answer my questions and, I think was more excited when I picked up my truck than I was! Thanks Scott for your hard work.

Best vehicle buying experience ever! Scott made the whole truck buying experience easy and super fast, two days after a test drive he had all the extras added to the truck and all licensing/financing, trade in paper work done. He gave me a fair deal including my trade in and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want, it was nice not having to go through the pressure sales of all the extra warranties etc., he let me know what was available and that it could be added at a later date if I wanted. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend Village Ford to friends and family.
