I only shop at independent because I enjoy that the quality of the food is usually -lot better than neighbouring grocers. Purchased this on Sunday and it’s already bad. In today’s day people cant afford to pay $5 for something they will just throw out. Not impressed and I am considering shopping somewhere else.

1. Yall desperately NEEED to figure out the phone service issues in this store not only is it extremely inconvenient for shoppers like myself but it also really screws you guys out of money because now people can check if certain food are approved in (for example) their medical diets like myself and we can check recipes or our carts or check prices else where
I put ALOT of stuff back because I can't use any of my apps to check things out. There are way to many options out there to resolve this issue and this store brings in money so...please take just these few examples into consideration for why it needs to be corrected
Not only is there no internet connection which is fine but there is no service for calls, messages and/ or usage of personal data

2. If the superstore and independent are the same stores...why do they have such better deals on the same exact items Genuinely curious how that works

good inventory, fairly clean, pricing is out of control. they upsell everything in the store compared to other stores in Sudbury. one of the most expensive stores in Sudbury.

Stores always been clean and variety is great but comon ive seen prices sky rocket and for what reason other than taken advantage of shoppers as they got competition beat in the valley , back off the price hikes man. So much for community support , lay off some of the three or four chatter boxes at self cashout ! That might help!
