DO NOT COME HERE. Bought something small at this store and before I checked out, I asked if they accepted credit cards. He said “only debit and cash”. So I used my debit card. He charged me a stupid fee without telling me in advance. I pointed out that it was more than the listed price when I got the receipt to which he then UNCOVERED A SMALL HAND WRITTEN SIGN BURIED UNDERNEATH PRODUCT that said “charge if using card”. I said, can you please refund this and then I’ll give you cash. He gave me so much attitude and blamed me for not looking. So rude saying “you should look at the sign”. Absolutely, no one is able to see this square paper when it’s hidden underneath your products. Put it somewhere clearer or tell your customers in advance. I would have still bought the item. It’s just the fact that he’s trying to hide something on purpose to scam others that is disappointing. He clearly does this often as he just moved the product back over the sign as I left. I would have gladly supported him again for other future purchases but this was just rude and unnecessary- please don’t go here! I don’t want other people to be preyed upon.

I was just there today and bought a few items, one of which was Two Bite cinnamon buns. Opened them up to find out that all of the buns were covered in green fuzzy mold. No expiry date on the package either, probably removed. Overpriced, staff is unfriendly, and their stuff is expired. Don't waste your money here.

I went to the store to get juicy fruit gums(60 pieces).
On the label it says $3.49
But the guy charged me $10 for that.
I asked for the refund he said I can’t give you the refund.
Worst service and liars if the item is not for $3.49 do not put the fake price.

Everything at INS is overpriced, but it’s even worse when you get up charged even more. I went on to buy a last minute item & the item was $4. Let alone the fact that I could get this item from Walmart for cheaper, I understand that you’re paying for the convenience. What I don’t understand is that it took the man behind the counter a whole minute to find something that I found in like 3 seconds, but I was charged $5.65 after the transaction. I went in to ask about the price & I was told that it was final sale. Oh, and it was also expired. Avoid shopping here if you value your money.

Horrible customer service when you try to contact them for something wrong they have done with you! I purchased 2 candy packs for $8 cdn and
I gave them $100 USD !!!!! and the cashier returned back to me $91 CDN onlyyy when he was supposed to give me back in American or then do a proper exchange n give me equivalent in Canadian dollars! 100 USd is equivalent to $137 Canadian dollars, so those candy packs costed me 37+8 dollars!!!!!?
He ripped me off badly !! It didn’t click to me right away n next day when I try to contact them they say we will get back to you and no phone call after calling them everyday these ppl are cheaters they asking for receipt when they didn’t give me one and I didn’t ask for one either cuz it was just candy packs and I am telling them check ur security camera and they say we don’t have access to their own store security camera ?I told them the camera will show what I paid n told them the exact outfit am wearing with approximate timing that I was at the store n everything it will
Show in ur camera! When I call continuous 3 days to talk to store manager that also they say is not possible ! So checking in security camera is not possible ,talking to manager not possible but ripping ppl off is only POSSIBLE ! It was my first and will be my last time I go to that store !!
This wasn’t even my own loss it was for my guest that had come from back home so it was a very heavy amount of loss for them! So never again and this is what was to be expected from desi ppl ,so why am I even surprised! Ridiculous ppl

I bought single captain black cigar from here and it was jammed from bottom I tried to smoke it but smoke was not coming out and I complained to owner he said it’s not his headache. Worst convenience store in Vaughan I have ever experienced, money doesn’t matter but how he treat customers he should change that ❌❌❌

$6 for a Celsius energy drink? It's about half that at every gas station. What a rip off, last time I buy something here
