Bag of Ontario cheeze ravioli is $18.99 It is $13.99 in Fortinos. What a rip off. No wonder they are losing customers. I have been a customer since they opened,but no more.

This place is great to grab stuff you missed from Italy one of the few places to still carry the Nutella made in Italy. There are Italian cheese cold cuts selection is phenomenal people gets tricked by the name but it's your little Supermarket that has everything in a small space this is where I like to do grocery shopping because you're in and out quick. Staff is always friendly and helpful

I drive 80km just to go here. It is an amazing place. The second you walk in, if you are a cheese lover, you are in Heaven with the smell alone.

Really bad experience!!!
Let me tell you a funny story!!!!
Today I went there with my puppy(11-month-old 4kg cute little mini-dachshund in my arms at all time) and it wasn’t our first time.

Let me explain our last visit first: we saw a couple of staff and one of them said greetings to my puppy who was in my hand. He was so very friendly and welcoming. That was a really good experience and it was nice of them.

And now: we went there and saw a couple of staff and they were welcoming and nice like before, then after we went to cashier and woooooow! Still can not believe it! A rude cashier who just talk really rough and told me you can not come to the store with a dog! I told her but no one told me about this and we didn’t notice anything about “NO DOG” at the entrance ( which I always check at the entrance everywhere). The woman said: but you know you can not go to all grocery stores with dogs like Langos ...
And I said: No, we can go to some of them like Fortinos, etc.
In summary, we had a really bad experience today. The woman who works there just demotes this business and I’m so sorry about that.

Therefore, I will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!

Shopped here on Tuesday. We were charged 34.95 for a frozen lasagna that was on their flyer for 29.95. The cashier said they were always 34.95 until we showed her the flyer, then she complained the store never tells the cashiers what's on sale. She then charged us 5.99 each for two frozen raviolis (×2) that were advertised on the freezer window for 3.99. So we were overcharged $9.00. In the end. Great stuff, the pizza slices were an excellent deal. But I caution you to keep an eye on what you are charged for sale items! Jeff
