Had an amazing experience at this location today. They provided such excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. The girls at the buy counter were super helpful and explained the selling process to me to help understand since it was my first time selling. As I waited for my buy to be finished, I decided to look around the store and do some shopping and this store did not disappoint. They had brands like aritzia, white fox, princess Polly, OVO, and so many more brands I love to shop. It was so clean and organized so it was a very enjoyable experience. When I got the text my buy was finished the girl cashing me out was super sweet and explained what they were able to offer on and answered all the questions I had. This was a great way to get rid of clothes that have been sitting in my closet for a long time that I have no use for anymore and get money for them before donating them. I will definitely be coming back to this location 🙂

drove 25 minutes to drop off a lot of clothes, many of which were nearly new and barely worn. They told me to wait for a text message, and eventually, I received two asking me to come back. When I arrived, they said they didn’t want to buy any of my items. What a waste of gas and time! Don’t bother coming here—terrible service and a total waste of effort.”Just donate your cloth to Church or local donation box to the poeple really need them instead let these folky business take advantage off them .

isabelle and her friend with the red hair gave excellent costumer service, they both helped me find my missing jacket, While being extremely patient and accommodating. They were very sweet and helpful throughout the whole experience

HORRIBLE! I brought a large container filled with clothes and shoes. The associate didn't even greet me, at first she assumed I was with a mother and daughter who were in line ahead of me. Then, when she asked to clarify if I was with them or not, she rudely told me to fill out the customer intake form. She walked away, and then another associate asked for my ID to verify my info. The the first associate came back, I asked her if she wanted me to move my large container to the side, she ignored me. And after that they made me wait 3 hours. I went back to collect my items and they only wanted to take one dress for $4.20.

Do not waste your time on going to this location.

I brought so many nice new clothes. They are so picky and only took my Aritzia clothes which they quotes me $5 for my $80 hoodie. What a joke. The worker just device what they like and take for themselves. Would not recommend going here.

Disorganized .. to small. Waited 2hrs to have them go thru / pick thru my clothing. To buy product is 3/4 the price of brand new. Only will take 1 or 2 seasons old...

The best of the Plato’s Closet locations. Need to check items carefully though, as their quality control has diminished over the years. For example: two items I chose to try on at my last visit had broken zippers, and another item (NWT) was priced higher than the original store’s sale tag still attached to it; when I pointed this out I expected them to reduce the price accordingly, but instead they just removed the lower price tag!
