Love my new ring!!
Been meaning to get some of my mother’s jewellery made into something I would wear. Finally took her sapphire brooch and earrings to JM Turner Goldsmith and asked Jim to design a ring based on a picture I liked.
I'm absolutely thrilled with my custom ring! Jim was patient through the design process and accurately interpreted my vision. The ring is beautiful, a lovely reminder of my mom, and exactly what I wanted – truly a work of art!

I was set on a simple pearl engagement ring. My fiancé went to multiple stores that said they wouldn’t do pearl rings because they are too soft. Turner’s was willing to order or custom make a Pearl ring. They found a Pearl ring for us that I loved except for the Pearl wasn’t quite the right size/set how I wanted it. I found a Pearl that I loved and Jim was incredibly kinda and easy to work with to customize this ring with the Pearl I wanted. Jim meets with you and completely hears you out on what you are looking for and makes it all come to life with incredible skill and craftsmanship. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a store that has better customer service and craftsmanship anywhere in the entire Edmonton area. Turner’s is THE place to go for any custom jewelry.

Don’t go anywhere else!! Jim and his team are literally my favorite people today, I had an unfortunate experience with my wedding rings exactly 3 days after Jim had done a different repair and was heartbroken, I made the trip to Morinville (I live about an hour away) and Jim had my rings repaired again in only a few days! The speed is amazing, the quality is second to none and the staff there are so wonderful, I took my poor cursed rings back this morning after I noticed a stone missing and Jim had it replaced in 5 minutes! The lovely lady out front is so kind and welcoming. I can’t stress it enough…GO THERE!

Thank you again to JM Turner Goldsmith Inc. He designed my wedding set and always ensures it is inspected, cleaned and promptly gets it in for any servicing when needed. The whole office is amazing and always friendly and accommodating. I love going in and feeling heard and walking out with my jewelry looking brand new everytime I leave. I get many compliments on my set and his craftsmanship is top notch. I would recommend him to anyone looking for great service and wonderful jewelry.

J M Turner Goldsmith will forever be my go-to for all things jewelry related. I had a ring made with an opal gemstone my best friend gave me. Sadly, she passed away a few years ago. I wear my ring every day and it means everything to me. A very sticky piece of tape stuck to the opal and when I pulled on the tape the opal came out of the setting. I took it back to the Jewelry store that made the setting. It took two weeks to get an "estimate". The amount was outrageous. I declined. It took two more weeks to get the ring back. I then recalled a friend telling me about Turner Goldsmith and the excellent service she had received. I literally called Turner's from the parking lot of the other jewelry store inquiring if they thought it could be repaired. Not only did I have my ring back in a couple of weeks all nice and shiny, the cost was considerably less. I cannot tell you how thrilled I was to have my ring back on my finger. It brought tears to my eyes!!!! No need to shop around for the best price or best customer service. Amazing 💐. Thank you 💎💖
