Enormous store with a wide variety of options! Their sales racks featured a wide variety and fantastic bargains! Conversely, the service was not good whatsoever. The women on the job weren’t particularly warm. I was hesitant to provide my email at checkout, and the woman's demeanor at the desk shifted instantly. She was very impolite and critical. Most likely will not come back solely for that reason. Even the women on the floor weren’t particularly friendly.

The lounge bras have reduced in quality since I started buying them. They used to become stretched out with age (which is expected), but recently they fall apart at the seams after 1 month of wear. I brought some to exchange today and they said no. After I pushed I found out they have a quality guarantee for 6 months and my bras were purchased 5 months ago, so they agreed to exchange them. This was after I explained they were sitting in my closet brand new for months before I wore them. I exchanged for the exact same products and they then tried to charge me a price difference for a defective product. This is horrible customer service. Bras, which I am washing in cold water and hanging to dry should not fall apart at the seams. When they do, I expect better customer service. I spend 100’s of dollars at this store each year.

One of the most difficult things to shop for is a bathing suit. However, I had a wonderful experience yesterday at La Vie en Rose in Emerald Hills, Sherwood Park. I was assisted by two lovely young women, Ashlie and Zoey, who took great care in helping me find a bathing suit that not only fit well, but looked great as well!!! They went above and beyond my expectations and I left the store happy as a clam!!! Kudos also to the management for having an unbelievable selection to choose from🩷🩷🩷

Wanted to shout out the staff at this La Vie! They were friendly, capable, attending and went above and beyond no matter how many questions we have about sizes and designs.
Especially wanted to shout out Brianna for their amazing service throughout our shopping experience. We'll come back to this location!

Incredible deals on swim suits and pj's..
I didn't look at the "ladies stuff" this time but we are so thrilled with the cute stuff we walked out with. Staff were helpful and kind. It was so nice to be able to try stuff on and know it was being steamed after for the next customer. Well organized store, with a bathroom upon request! We did do one return, and I checked on the receipt when I got home that I think I lost $10 on the deal... But I am not interested in going back today since there was a line up... Hence the 4 stars.🤔😏

Just in the store trying to purchase a gift and not one sales associate spoke to me. They greeted everyone that walked in after me. They had time to stand around and talk but could not provide me with any assistance. Needless to say I left.

Horrible service . The girls all talk to each other , no one asked anybody that was in the store if they needed help . The girl doing cash was so distracted by what the other girls were taking about , I asked a question and got a what response twice .

Incredible experience. Super friendly and helpful employees, Taylor helped me and she was an absolute doll. Not pushy or anything, very sweet and very attentive. Very clean store with a lovely, feminine, empowering atmosphere and phenomenal staff. Coming from someone who hates bra shopping, I will always favour this location!
