I loved my experience at the Shades of Grey boutique today, this was my very first time visiting and I’m very pleased with their selection of various brands and combination of styles. I spent 3 hours in the shop trying to find suitable outfits for my occasion and was very pleased with how courteous and attentive Esperanza was during my time in the shop. She was able to help me pick out different matching sets that will work for various occasions, and give me an honest advise when needed. They’ve got a return customer in me!

I found a perfect birthday gift for my friend here, and placed an order in hopes that someone would see my note with a special request.

They saw my note, fulfilled my request, then texted me to make sure I knew they’d taken care of it, no extra charge.

These folks clearly went above and beyond, for the sole purpose of making a stranger’s birthday a little happier. I thought that was so lovely and kind, and we could all use a bit more of that in our lives.

I actually feel horrible for the owners of this shop. Stopped by at 11:50 on Dec 13 th I was the only one in the shop. I asked the lady there if she could look up my wife’s size as I’m a regular customer. This was clearly an inconvenience for her as she was very in-depth in a text message. After several attempts she found time in her busy schedule to look up size to only tell me they mean nothing as each brand changes then instead of helping , recommending, moving or even asking she went right back to her text message. I left without buying anything and will try again when they have staff that care on. Great shop with beautiful style unfortunately a lazy staff that clearly does not care

This place could be great but almost every time I've been in 90% of the stock they have out are sizes XS and S only! Not all of us are 5'1 and 80 pounds!!

Also a few months ago my mom and I were in there and she liked a really pretty Generation Love lace top but of course they only had small sizes. So she left her name and number with one of the employees who said they will get back to her when they get more stock in. She never heard back from them. Too bad cause it was a $300 top and my mom is a big spender.

It was the 11th hour before my company christmas party... I really struggle with poor body image... (older, few points overweight, etcetera... the usual) and often DREAD shopping as it only seems to make me feel like I don't look the way the clothes SAY I should look.

Enter Marina at Shades of Grey. She is an absolute delight. Chose the exact pieces that looked great on me. I left the store a little "lighter" in the bank account - but there was a HUGE boost in my confidence.

I WILL be back Marina!!
