Had Mitchell out to repair our slide and also our awning. Did one great job and got the replacement parts in and installed them in a very professional manner. Nice to talk to and very knowledgeable. Gave us a quote and did some minor repairs as well. Stayed within the budget. Will recommend him all the time. Thanks for the job well done and we are very satisfied with the job.also add we had our trailer at a friends place 1 hour from home. He worked with us as to a time would work for us both. Thanks again

I needed repairs done to my 5th wheel, so I called and left a message requesting a quote. My call was returned the same day and I thought we had a very positive conversation about setting up a day for ordering parts and getting the repairs done. We exchanged a few text messages and pictures, then he ghosted me. If he was too busy or not interested in the job, he could have just said instead of leaving me hanging then ignoring me.
I wound up going to RV mobile instead and I'm glad I did. They did great work at a fair price and they met the timeline I requested without any issues or excuses.
